Canal St Alchemy III is a newly remodeled and updated iconic “KeyWest” styled cottage, built in 1920. Originally an art gallery, this 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms two living area has a wonderful back deck and yard . The deck offers ample seating, gas grill and a fire pit. It is nestled in a tropical landscape and is the prefect beach getaways for couples, families and friends . Close walking distance to all restaurants ,breweries and galleries on Canal Street. It's located minutes away from the Beautiful beaches of NSB iconic Flagler Ave and the Daytona International Speedway.

Canal St Alchemy III is an updated quaint cottage built in 1920, It had previously been an art gallery and is located on Canal St . Canal Street Alchemy offers a peaceful retreat when serenity is desired . Very private , but still close enough to all the action of Canal St, Flagler St , Riverview Park and New Smyrna Beaches. Only minutes from Daytona and the Daytona International Speedway,
This Old Florida vintage cottage offers tons of charm from its modern amenities to its beach side vibes .
The house offers top of the line furniture - Two king beds and one queen bed . All beds have new memory foam mattress and cotton bedding . The private backyard is equipped with an outdoor dining table that seats 6 people , Enjoy evening grilling on our Weber gas grill or gather around the fire pit with your favorite beverage in a private lush Florida landscape . We offer everything you need to enjoy a beach vacation- towels, beach chairs are provided.
Inside our home, there is a large smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime and YouTube TV capabilities ) in the family room, as well as WiFi. The Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to create a family meal. Quartz countertops with Island.with three bar stools.
A full size washer and dryer are available for guests. The outdoor area has two decks . One has two rocking chairs, the larger deck has a dining table with six chairs, Weber gas grill , and a fire pit . Parking is onsite for three cars. Across the property is another two bedroom Airbnb but is totally private with a fence around the property,

We had a wonderful stay! Listing was spot on,the house was very clean, & extremely inviting & comfortable. It was decorated to the T. Anything we needed was there & the hosts were very responsive & accommodating. We were there for a wedding so didn't have much free time but there were some cute shops & restaurant about a half mile uo the road. We are already talking about coming back @ the end of summer & plan to rent again! Thank you Bernadette & Dave for making our trip so comfortable, your special touches on decorating were amazing.

The house and furnishings are marvelous, but it is the garden--a mini mango farm and beekeepery--that is truly unique. I felt I was really "away."

Excellent Experience near Downtown NSB

The place was perfect for our visit. 3 couples stayed for 2 nights while attending the Daytona 500. The property was exactly as depicted in the description/pictures. Great outdoor area with plenty of seating. The house itself was clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable. The 2 non-master rooms and bathroom were on the small side, as was the second bathroom. However, the overall experience was fantastic and the living areas (2 of them), kitchen area and dining area were perfect to accommodate 3 couples. Everything was clean. Only issue was we had to reboot the modem to get the Internet to connect. We have already booked for next year. The immediate neighborhood is not "prime" by any means; however, it is a short 5 min car ride to the downtown Flagler area.

Such a beautifully appointed home!

We absolutely loved our stay! We had a family of 5 ranging from 17-81 years in age and everyone had a great time! The home was clean and beautifully decorated and the kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of plate ware, utensils, cookware and everything needed to cook and serve a full meal! Very close to the gorgeous New Smyrna Beach which was very clean and not too crowded! Beach chairs and towels provides were perfect for a day of fun! Highly recommend!

Daytona Bike week

The property and house were perfect. Super Clean. Staying in New Smyrna was great as the restaurants were off the chain good. Will stay here in the future. The only issue was the shower water was not very how. It was warm but I would have liked it a little hotter. This is not a complaint has the place was perfect.

This is the perfect place for a weekend getaway. The brief walk down Canal street offers everything you need from breakfast and craft beers to the cutest boutique shops.

Family vacation

The house is very beautifully decorated! Very modern brand new appliances. Stocked with all you need to cook and hang out. Super Cozy home. There were 6 of us and We were all very comfortable and happy with the home. The outside patio was a great place to relax and cook out. The neighborhood
 that was very sketchy. There was a store where questionable activities and a lot of loud activity was going on. BUT we never had a single issue with any of the people walking the streets around the store or the side side road. Once inside you’d never know they were there. We would definitely stay there again! Very close to the beach and shopping!
