We love staying at Beach Break! The location is nice as it’s an easy walk to Canal St restaurants and activities, and we enjoy walking to Riverfront Park at the end of Canal. The house is very comfortable and well stocked for our needs. The host is very responsive and helpful. We are repeat guests and will stay again!

Great location central to everything we were doing, well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Lots of fun things to do right at the house to entertain our kids (9-16) between the out of house activities we had planned. Very cute decor and seemed like the owners thought of everything. Cute House in the Perfect Location

Perfect Stay in New Smyrna Beach!We had an amazing stay at this home — it truly had everything we needed and more! The house was fully stocked with all the necessities, including a well-equipped kitchen that made cooking easy and convenient. There was plenty of space for our whole family and our dog, who especially loved the fully fenced-in yard.The location couldn’t be better — just a short walk to downtown New Smyrna with great restaurants and shops and a quick 8 minute drive to the beach. When we weren’t out exploring, we enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub, playing in the game room.This home was the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and fun. Highly recommend — we would absolutely stay here again!

Great Location to Canal St New Smyrna Beach

We had a wonderful stay at the New Smyrna Beach house hosted by Angel! The house is very comfortable, nice beds, wonderful large stocked kitchen. Great communication with manager. We loved walking the short distance to Canal St, enjoyed the Art Festival, restaurants and park at the end of Canal St. We plan to stay again, it was great!

Mid-week getaway

This home is located very conveniently to shopping, dining and activities just over the causeway or the intracoastal. It was clean and the backyard was nice for relaxing. I rented the home for just 3 nights to bring my Mom for a few days. We dined at The Garlic and Norwoods, attended a show at the Little Theater, visited the beach, and did a guided dolphin tour along the Indian River Lagoon.

Perfect Place

Wonderful Stay for our Family

Our family (including a Boston Terrier) had such a wonderful stay at Angel and Robert's wonderful beach house. The criteria for our VRBO selection was; pet friendly, close to the beach, and Kennedy Space Center. Angel's house had all that and more. Getting out to the beach early in the morning and returning to a wonderful beach home in the heat of the day is the way to go! The game room was a blast for my wife, son, and me. We felt like kids cruising around town on the beach bikes. Please take time to read the other reviews and you will see that Angel and Robert take great pride in their home and guests' experiences. Best stay EVER!

Everything about this property is magical. We are local, but wanted a great house to just chill and be outside. The backyard space is amazing with a great hot tub and beautiful fenced in yard. Dog friendly, which is always a plus. The detached garage is a full game room. I recommend using the bicycles to take rides down Canal Street and the river. Ideal location can’t wait to book again. Place was great!!! Family from out of state joined together for a wedding. Very comfortable and clean. Loved gathering on the back porch and around the fire pit. Location couldn’t have been better. Walking distance to the venue, restaurants and Canal St. Owner responded to requests quickly. We all enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Home for Relaxing Getaway

Home had everything we needed for a relaxing family getaway. We were welcomed with an easy check-in to a beautifully maintained clean home. Owners had area info, explanation book, and even welcome sign with snacks and cold beers and waters in the fridge. We were attending a family wedding, and the venue was a quick walk away. We were also able to walk to Canal street to farmers market, park, restaurants and bars. Family and friends were able to relax at our home throughout the weekend to enjoy the firepit and gameroom. Our rental became the entertaining area for everyone out of town and staying nearby before and after rehearsal dinner and wedding. Home had everything we needed for us to be comfortable while staying and for us to easily entertain guests visiting before and after our events. Only two parking spots so friends/family walked or ubered from their vrbos or hotels. Hands down, everyone agreed ours was the nicest out of everyone's rentals... and we agree! Owners were helpful before and during visit. Would definitely rebook for an upcoming visit... highly recommend!

New Smyrna Gameroom House

We loved our stay in this house. They seriously thought of everything when setting this place up. The location is perfect, as well. We could walk to most places and my son rented a golf cart, so that was handy as well. Angel was very easy to communicate with and accommodating. We are very grateful for this experience.

Amazing location!!!

Such a cute house in historic downtown New Smyrna Beach. Walking distance to bars/restaurants, short drive to the beach. We loved our stay celebrating our sons 21st birthday. So many things to do right at the house. Fun atmosphere with a fire pit & hot tub, plus outdoor games & a game room. We all had an amazing time & will highly recommend to friends & family visiting the area. Thanks Angel!!
