Vacation mode begins the moment you arrive. The property boasts of home-like luxuries as it provides a private, 2-car garage for your vehicles. Take note of the garage's two beach cruisers, beach chairs, and toys for when you head to the shore!

As you step inside, you'll be welcomed by a cheery entryway. Your kids will quickly claim the downstairs living area as their own. Plush couches, beachy décor, and a 40" Smart TV equipped with ROKU make the room ideal for family game and movie nights. Adjoining this casual seating area is the downstairs bedroom which holds two twin beds. Patterning after the bedroom's youthful atmosphere, you'll find the nearby bathroom has fun Florida décor and a walk-in shower.

Venture upstairs to explore the rest of your spacious getaway. The upstairs portion is level with the complex grounds and only steps from the sparkling pool and ocean waves. You'll immediately pause at the top of the staircase as a dazzling blue ocean horizon greets you from beyond the sliding glass doors.

Before you rush out to the surf and sand, unpack your groceries in the bright, airy kitchen. White cabinetry and appliances contrast well against the colorful, coastal décor. With drip and Keurig coffee makers, a crockpot, blender, toaster, George Foreman grill, and plenty of cooking essentials, the townhome is fully equipped for any recipe you should try!

While New Smyrna Beach has amazing local restaurants, you won't find many with a view that equals the one this dining room has. Enjoy the ocean as your backdrop as your family laughs and dines together around the table for four.

When you're not napping on the warm sand or floating in the pool, you and yours will love relaxing on the large patio. An outdoor dining set and two Adirondack chairs allow you to comfortably enjoy your morning cup of coffee and evening glass of wine. The patio is located right along the complex walkway that goes by the pool deck and leads right to the shore.

At the end of the day, you'll be more than ready to wind down in the comfortable living room. The living area is furnished with a couch, armchair, and two leather recliners. Pick a cozy spot and find a movie to watch on one of the streaming services the Smart TV provides - Just remember to bring your logins!

As your yawns grow frequent, say your goodnights and retire to the awaiting master bedroom. The suite pampers guests with a soft king bed, reclining chair, Smart TV, and makeup vanity area. Adjoining the bedroom is the master bathroom which accommodates with a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom upstairs boasts of similar features as it also has a king bed and Smart TV. Guests can use the upstairs bathroom which has a standard bathtub and plenty of soft towels.

The condo is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is wireless internet, four Smart TVs, a DVD player, drip and Keurig coffee makers, a full size washer/dryer, beach bicycles, chairs, coolers, and toys, a grill, and a 2-car garage.

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.

Each townhome offers over 2,000 square feet for travelers to spread out and relax. In addition to a spacious layout, each property boasts of two stories, private garages, washers and dryers, large ocean view patios, and easy access to the sand and waves. You won't have to venture far to find the fun outdoor amenities that Sea Winds provides.
