Beautiful, luxury, penthouse unit at Shorehom by the Sea with a fantastic oceanfront view located on the non-driving portion of the beach and sunset views from your front door. The top floor has only 2 condos for the penthouse!! You will have so much privacy! This complex includes two buildings that have both gone under full renovations. The condo provides you every beach supply you will need so you don't have to drag it all from home and bikes! There is also a desk for you to use in master suite if you must work on vacation.

A beautiful view of the ocean and beach greets you. A large flat screen cable TV with DVD/VCR is available for catching the latest movies, favorite shows, and sports. Comfortable leather recliners and sofa bed for extra sleeping in the living room. Step out onto the balcony through the brand new sliding glass doors every morning and enjoy the day with a sunrise and your cup of coffee. and enjoy a beautiful sunrise every morning and sit by the front door to watch a beautiful sunset with an afternoon drink.

A roomy, well equipped kitchen satisfies both the gourmet cook and the quick and easy prepare. Granite counter tops are upscale and easy to maintain. The dining table expands as needed with a simple pop-up leaf. In addition to the normal range/oven and refrigerator/freezer, the kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, toaster, coffee maker, blender, crock pot, and waffle maker as well as a full set of cooking and eating utensils. The condo is beautifully decorated with chair railing and bead board.

The master bedroom with its own view of the ocean has a king sized bed and large flat screen TV. A large walk-in closet is a welcome asset. The master bath features a Jacuzzi tub with shower and granite counter top vanity. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed and twin bed. It also features a flat screen TV with DVD player. Large, heated (Scheduled by onsite management), swimming pool awaits you! Shuffle boards, chairs and tables by the pool, grills for those tasty steaks, boat trailer and motorcycle parking available and racks to store your kayaks, surfboards, and SUP boards.

The balcony is an inviting place to entertain. It’s also a great place to sunbathe or relax with a drink and snack or a good book. There’s a great view of the activity on the beach.

The storage unit has bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, and beach games all for you to enjoy a big enough to be a one car garage!! No need to haul any beach supplies on your trip to the beach! Just bring your swimsuit!

On top of the world

My wife and I took our daughters here on spring break this year and it was awesome! Great communication with Laura and her team on the checking in process. Great place to surf, boogie board, skim board or just to relax on the beach. I would definitely stay here again. Great nightlife, shopping and food just up the road at Flagler beach.

Wonderful view in a nice location

This condo has a splendid view of the ocean from the corner living room. It's very comfortable and a nice size for a small family or two couples. We spent a month there and felt right at home the entire time -- we'll definitely go back.

Great place & beautiful view!

Great place to stay with all extras we needed. Storage had beach supplies and condo had plenty of room. Room was not ready for us to check in at 3 due to cleaning error but great communication with realtor and they remedied situation as quickly as possible.

Shoreham By the Sea

Top floor was excellent! Now, mattress stains in small bedroom disgusting, water pressure fluctuates & toilets wouldn’t flush properly, spa tub in master bedroom area unusable as the function switch was broken and came off every time you took a shower, therefore electrical and water is a dangerous combination, the cooking pans were all scratched and disgusting (we are good cooks and ate in the Condo often, since we had fresh seafood), I had to repair the hinges on kitchen cabinets that kept falling off, the window blinds in small bedroom broken as was kitchen window, dishes from China with chips and cheap-was concerned about lead poisoning issues also there was no microwave designated dishes ( had to purchase microwave safe dishes), seemed like a party condo lots of drinking glasses and electric wine opener, didn’t feel like a long term rental residence. It was a high turnover building with many short term rentals. Will never rent there again, but will come back to the area.

Beautiful Condo

Amazing view! The most comfortable beds we’ve ever had in a condo! Appliances worked great. Owner super easy to communicate with too. Only drawback, the elevator can be tricky to navigate due to there only being one used for 7 floors, but that has nothing to do with this unit or the owner! I’d stay here every year!

New Smyrna Beach is awesome

The room was fabulous. It had everything anyone could ask for while on vacation. Our only concern was the elevator. There was several times it didn’t work and I had knee surgery so going up and down the stairs for 7 flights wears a huge challenge.

Will never use these owners/ mangers again

Condo is absolutely beautiful. We come to this beach every year.. Very unhappy that we had to clean it ourselves due to miscommunication between managers & owner. Whomever stayed before us left a 120 blank check for the cleaning crew. We left it there like honest people & expected the company to make it right that they sent us the wrong check in code & we had to wash bedding, etc first thing. They have not. I have stayed in this area for 40 years and my family has never had any trouble before. We were told we would get cleaning fee refunded and have not. This condo is great & I hope something like this never happens again. After a very long year working in education, I was so excited to take a break and unwind! I was very disappointed with our first beach night. I would stay on this company to ensure you have the correct check in code (don't buy groceries first!) & that it has been cleaned. We had to change the bedding , wash towels, clean bathrooms and floors.

Relaxing time away

The property is very much like the photos. The view is really beautiful and the water is closer than usual. Really enjoyed that. The kitchen is stocked with anything you could possibly imagine. Beach chairs and other amenities are located in a convenient closet. ( a little more direction on where to first find it would be helpful) There was some construction rigging in place around the property but it did not detract from our stay. Very pleasant week!

Property just as described, beautiful balcony view

We had a wonderful time. Beach was usually not crowed. Peaceful area. Building was quite which is a plus for us as we do go to bed early to catch the sunrise. The place was comfortable and made for a nice place to kick back and relax. Took a few boat rides nearby and visited Daytona Beach. Would stay here again, nice area.
