Beautiful two bedroom located in the heart of the East Village!
Beautiful spacious two-bedroom located on the first floor – no long walks up the stairs or elevators!
The apartment comes fully furnished. The bedrooms feature two queen Nectar beds, which are unbelievably comfortable and perfect to lay your head on after a long day of sightseeing. Both feature ample closet space, with the 2nd bedroom featuring a walk-in closet.
Head into the spacious living room, and you will find an open space with a dining/work area TV, and fresh plants. The décor is a mix of modern and classic, featuring some old New England antiques. It's perfect for relaxing, entertaining guests, or maybe a bit of both. Included is a Yamaha surround system great for TV or playing your favorite songs.
Located adjacent but separate from the living room (a rarity in Manhattan) is the beautiful kitchen. Recently remodeled, it features all the amenities you will need: LG brand Fridge, toaster, microwave, coffeemaker, and Bertazzoni oven.
Lastly, the sleekly designed bathroom has a great shower and bath (amazing water pressure) and room for your toiletries.
The apartment has PLENTY of storage space, so if you are bringing any goodies, you should be well covered.

Located in the heart of Downtown New York City in the East Village, you will not find a better location in the world.
Seven-minute Walk to Union Square, which features all major subways and (currently) a wonderful holiday market. Fifteen-minute Walk to Washington Square Park featuring NYC’s version of the Tour D’eiffel. A five-minute walk from local favorite Thompkins Square Park.
Twenty-minute subway ride from Times Square, Central Park, and the Financial District. Under 30 minutes to all major museums, like my personal favorite, the MET!
Within the immediate neighborhood, get a bagel at the famous Thomkins’s Square Bagels. From fine-dining Italian to local bars, you are steps away from whatever your pallet desires!
