The unit is on the second floor of a brownstone but not the address I was originally told. She said it has to do with NY. That was confusing to me because I had calculated walking to places based on address. The unit was cute. My biggest issue was with the space and the information listed on the website. The listing reported 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a twin bed and a double bed. The living room also stated there were 4 twin beds. So I felt there was ample space for 2 couples. Well it turns out that there is only one twin bed in the second bedroom and a 27.5" wide cot you can set up. (Of note, a twin bed is 38" wide). The space available to set up the cot is only 29" wide so if you set it up, the person in the twin bed cannot get out and neither can the person in the cot. We ended up setting up a double blow up mattress in the living room that was available in the closet, but nothing else fit in the living room at that time. There is NO way 9 people can fit in the unit! It would be fine for a couple and a teen and another couple willing to sleep in the living room on a blow up mattress. I feel that the entire write up was inaccurate. I did contact VRBO and since that time she changed the info to say 2 twin beds in the second bedroom but that is still inaccurate. I just want people to know what they are truly getting and this owner does not accurately portray her unit. I did speak with her, but she argued that she was accurate.
