The bright unit offers two bedrooms each having a flat screen TV included. The bathroom features a bathtub, ideal to relax after a long day in the Big Apple. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, and utensils. There is also a small dining area for 2 guests. For your convenience Wifi is available throughout the apartment.

Please take note of the following details before booking:
Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $360 per month. The payment should be made directly to host at check-in.
For some cases between June 1st - September 1st, a minimum stay of 90 days may be required.
To ensure a smooth check-in process, please coordinate your arrival time in advance, at least 72 hours prior to check-in. For last-minute bookings, please provide advance notice of a few hours.
Please be aware that a late check-in fee of $50 will be charged for arrivals after 10 PM, and a fee of $100 will be charged for arrivals after midnight.
All pets must be approved in advance, and there is a pet registration fee ranging from $300 to $500 depending on size, amount and length of stay.
While access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, you can receive packages without any issue.
Please note that the furniture and decoration in the apartment may vary from the photos listed online. We periodically update and refresh the furniture and decor, so there might be a small discrepancy between the online photos and the actual look of the apartment. Rest assured, the apartment will be well-appointed and comfortable for your stay.

Check-out time is by 11 AM. Before you check out, please empty the refrigerator and throw away all trash.
