This is a full private studio with full bathroom and small kitchen. Most basic facilities like WiFi, Heating, Microwave, Oven, small fridge, cooking stove, French coffee maker, kettle, double water filter even though NY tap water is considered fine to drink, basic kitchen utensils, Queen bed with duvet, basic AC unit, two windows, a fair amount of books, few plants which I move out on fire exit in spring and summer.

Working desk with chair that you can for work/ writing / reading.

Large armchair/accent chair to see and read / drink tea / coffee.

- Near Washington Square Park, NYU
- Historic and iconic restaurants and bars such as Cafe Wha, Carbone, all within couple minutes of walk. Neighbourhoods don’t get more buzzing than this any time during the day without the crowd of Times Square.
- Walking distance to other famous neighborhoods like SoHo, Tribeca, Nokia, Union Square, Chelsea, East Village, Ukrainian Village
- <5 minutes to the subways A/C/E/B/D/F/M/1/R/W
- Small pets are fine
- 10 minutes walk to the Hudson River for a run, walk, sunset whatever you like :)
- Second floor (one floor walk up). Standard historical Greenwich Village / New York apartment with no elevator

- please note that this is a standard New York size apartment so would encourage you to take a look at the pictures. More than 2 people will be too much.
