I had one of the worst hotel experiences of my life at this property. While I originally chose it for the convenient location near my event, I quickly realized this was a huge mistake. From the moment I arrived, the problems started piling up. The hotel is in a questionable area with a poorly maintained entrance that made me uncomfortable from the start.
The check-in process set the tone for the terrible service - no greeting, no smile, just a key handed to me without any warmth or professionalism. When I got to my room, I was immediately hit with a strong smoke smell and discovered there was no toilet paper. I tried calling the front desk six different times over several hours, but no one answered until 3 AM when I was finally told I'd have to come down to the lobby myself to get toilet paper - this despite having a sleeping three-year-old in the room.
The service failures continued throughout my stay. At 10 PM one night, someone randomly knocked on our door for no apparent reason, waking up my daughter right before we had an early morning flight. The housekeeping situation was ridiculous - I used the room's cleaning request light as indicated, but returned to find dirty dishes still sitting out, no fresh towels, and no restocked toilet paper. When I complained, they told me cleaning wasn't automatic and I needed to specifically request it - which completely defeats the purpose of having a cleaning request light in the first place!
