This top-floor apartment features skylights that fill the space with natural light. With a king bed, queen bed, and full bed, guests can relax in this fantastic space. The apartment features heating, AC, and WiFi for an enjoyable stay. The 2 bathrooms offer both a shower and bathtub for added convenience. The space
Please only book after you have read everything, Self check-in with a lockbox anytime after 4:00 pm. If you want early check in or late check out, please request in advance. If I have an empty date in between, I’ll be more than happy to accommodate. You will be our only guest.
Due to past experiences, pets are not allowed. My home is located in Bushwick, named by Vogue Magazine as one of the coolest neighborhoods in the world. The area is quiet and peaceful. Super quick Uber/Lyft services/subways and free street parking.

LIVING ROOM/KITCHEN: Spacious living room and kitchen open concept with island and chairs, beautiful Artwork. Fully equipped with fridge, cookwares, dishes, & cups. Guests are welcome to cook. PLEASE NOTE: Livingroom does NOT have AC there are Ceiling Fans, 2 floor fans in the Closets and you can leave the bedroom doors open to circulate AC if needed.

MASTER BEDROOM: Includes a king-size bed, closet, desk w chair, full-length mirror, TV, AC, Ceiling LED Light w Fan, Beautiful NYC Skyline Artwork, and its own bathroom. This is our shower ZEN en-suite bathroom in the Master bedroom. The bathroom has toiletries, shampoo, body wash, and condition.

2nd BEDROOM: Includes a queen-size bed, closet, AC, Ceiling LED Light w Fan, TV and Beautiful NYC Skyline Artwork.

3rd BEDROOM: Includes a full-size bed, closet, AC, Ceiling LED Light w Fan, TV and Beautiful NYC Skyline Artwork.


MAIN BATHROOM: This is our full ZEN bathroom off the living room area. The bathroom has toiletries, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, feminine products, and hair dryer.

PARKING: Free public street parking, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please keep in mind the street cleaning schedule.
Other things to note
This is two unit building so you will have people under you please be mindful.
Complimentary laundry services are available upon request for towels, bedding ONLY. 1 wash per week stay.
Please be at least 18 to book my home. No party, gathering or un-announced guests.
