A lovely, quiet little hotel with good transport links, a five-minute walk to the underground to Manhattan. The rooms are adequately furnished, with a small kitchenette in the room with a microwave and fridge. The bed is comfortable. And we even had a small balcony. Every day there were fresh, soft towels. And in the shower there is shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion. The staff are very friendly.
One minor drawback is that the room does not have a wardrobe, only a slightly larger open coat rack. However, this is sufficient for a few days' city break.
Breakfast is available around the corner in a nice little café with good coffee, tea and freshly prepared bagels and omelettes.
We would love to come back when we visit New York again.
