You'll know if you search it, but you can stay at a lower price than a nearby hotel. Manhattan is one of the highest housing prices in the world;

It's small, but I've prepared for you to stay comfortably while you're staying.
3rd floors! No elevator!!


☆I recommend this place for people like this.
-Who wants to walk or take a subway tour of the vibrant Manhattan.
-It's a five-minute walk to Times Square, so who wants to enjoy spectacular Manhattan at night.
-Who wants to sleep in a safe and quiet accommodation at night after a city tour.
-But I don't recommend it to people who spend most of their time at home in a small Manhattan apartment.

This apartment is 3rd floor work-up building with two rooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom.
No elevator!!!

One room is for you, another roome is for me. I live alone, so we'll share the kitchen and bathroom.

The room
that you are staying has two large windows, including a single bed, bed sheet and pillow, table & chairs, hanger, air conditioner, fan, heating, small massage machine, light adjustable stand and Wi-Fi.
No Sofa.

Kitchen
has refrigerators, gas stoves, microwaves, coffee pots, toasters, and other cooking utensils in the kitchen for simple cooking.
No table and chairs for eat.


Bathrooms
are provided with shower facilities, shampoo, rinse, body wash, body lotion, and hair dry.

👉 If more than 1 person stays, there is an additional cost.

It is a room that can be used for 3 people. A bunk bed and a single mattress are provided for 3 people.

Although the apartment is not big and fancy, it is cozy, so you can sleep quietly and comfortably at night. I am confident that this is the best place to travel to Manhattan!!!!!

In addition, there is a city bike right in front of the house, so it is very convenient.
Other things to note
Don't open the door even if someone else rings the bell. Other than the guest, no one else can enter the house.
If you lose your key, the fee is $30.
Please clean the bathroom and kitchen after using it.
Make sure to clean your hair in the bathtub and on the floor after taking a shower.
Please throw the trash into the trash can on the first floor outside the building.
