48 Hours before arrival: Apartment address, parking and wifi info will be shared.
Day of your arrival: For security purposes, your access code will be shared 30 minutes before your check-in. Your code will not be active until 4pm (unless otherwise discussed).
The building code may be different from the apartment code.

★ EXTRA GUEST ★
The nightly rate accommodates up to 8 guests, while our unit can comfortably sleep up to 10. Any guest beyond 8 are considered extra guests and a fee of $30 per guest per night will apply.
★ PARKING ★
You have 1 designated parking spot in the parking lot located in the premise of the building. If you need additional parking, street parking is available in the area.
★ IMPORTANT NOTE ★
Please note that this unit is in a residential area, it's quite normal to hear occasional sounds from neighbors, although it's typically a quiet environment. We recommend taking this into consideration prior to finalizing your booking.
★ NO PETS ALLOWED ($500 FINE) ★
★ ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN THE UNIT ★
Please, we want to ensure the guest checking in after you will enjoy the place just as you have. There will be a fine of $1,000 if there is any evidence or smell of smoking in our unit as this can ruin our future guests' experience. This fine cover additional professional cleaning, labor, and any other maintenance costs.
