About this space
Relax in this spacious 3 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor of a well maintained 2-family home. Get a good nights sleep on our brand new memory foam mattress, cook in our full kitchen with all the appliances you need. The apartment offers free high speed WiFi and free utilities. Perfect for nurses contracted with area hospitals.
The space
We are in a safe neighborhood. This home is right off of Lyons Avenue, close to Newark Beth Isreal Hospital. We are also minutes from Newark Airport. A very short 2 min walk takes you to the bus stop right on Lyons Avenue, where you can hop on a NJ transit bus to Beth Isreal Hospital, a 5 min ride or to New York City which is a 45 min ride away. No car needed.
Professional cleaners clean and disinfect after each guest. You have access to a separate washer and dryer in the basement in a shared laundry area. This is the perfect place to stay that meets your needs, so we ask that you please treat this house as if it was your own. In the unlikely event that you damage anything in the apartment, please let us know in advance so that we have time to fix it for the next guests.

All we ask is that you put your dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it and drop your trash bags in the bins outside on your way out.
