It includes 2 newly furnished bedrooms, living room features an open concept kitchen with island featuring bar stool seating. For a more intimate dinner setting there is dining room for a perfect dining experience. The bathroom boasts a blue tooth speaker for those who like to listen to music while they shower. If you don’t, like most. Feel free not to use it.

- Second Bedroom has a brand new comfortable Queen size bed, that sleeps 2. 2 brand new night stands, It also has a brand new 4 drawer dresser that sits a small flat screen 24 inch TV. Wall mirror.
OFF STREET FREE PARKING in driveway available during your stay for 1 car. There is also free street parking available for a second car.

★ No daily housekeeping service. Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.
★The cleaning fee is $100 for 4 nights max. 5+ days the cleaning fee will be $175.

★ Security/Surveillance cameras are located in front of the house and on the side stairway and both are on and active recordings are taking place.

Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged a minimum of $500 and the cost of the damage. DEPOSIT WILL BE COLLECTED UPON CHECK-IN. AND WILL BE RETURNED IF THERE AREN’T ANY DAMAGES TO THE PROPERTY REPORTED UPON CHECK OUT INSPECTION.
