During snowy winter months, access multiple trails right from our garage! This centrally located retreat provides easy access to Lake Superior`s splendor and nearby attractions.

Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen, spacious great room, and convenient main level with three bedrooms. The lower walkout level offers two more bedrooms, an office, and a kids play area.

We provide two space heaters for the basement to ensure your comfort. Since basements can be a bit draftier than the upper levels, these heaters allow you to warm up the space without needing to raise the central heat—keeping the upper floors comfortable while ensuring the basement stays cozy.

The barn has more than ample space for you and your group to park and work on your snowmobiles, side by sides, and ATVs. Our property has abundant space to park your vehicles and trailers. It`s the ultimate haven for adventure seekers amidst the best trails the UP has to offer. Please note - our home is uniquely located on a paved road and is plowed in winter months by the road commission.

Muskallonge Lake (3 miles away) right across the road and has a great line-up of fish species such as northern pike, musky, pumpkinseeds, smallmouth bass, rock bass, walleye, & perch.

Perch Lake (3 miles) hosts a variety of fish including Black Crappie, Largemouth Bass, Northern Pike, Rock Bass, Walleye and Yellow Perch

Blind Sucker Flooding (7 miles away) primarily Northern Pike, Rainbow Trout and Yellow Perch.

Two Hearted River (15 miles) various species including wild brook trout.
