Cleanliness & Care

☼ Maintain a good level of cleanliness during your stay to make check-out smoother.

☼ Report any damages or breakages promptly, especially before check-out.

☼ Do not move furniture without permission.

☼ Do not use bath towels at the beach.

☼ Clean the dryer vent after every use.

☼ Always use bathroom fans when showering and stove fans when cooking.

☼ Quiet hours: 9:00 p.m. – 9:00 a.m. (please also keep music at a respectful level during the day).

☼ Absolutely no parties or live music.

☼ Be respectful of neighbors at all times.

☼ No more than the maximum number of guests or cars allowed.

☼ No defacing or damaging property.



Smoking & Substances

☼ Smoking, vaping, or illegal drugs are not permitted inside or outside the home.



House Access

☼ Guests must allow homeowner or service access for repairs/inspections (reasonable notice will be given whenever possible).

☼ Always shut the storm door tightly (it can break in strong winds if left open).
