The kitchen is well equipped for everyday cooking, with an oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, utensils, and cutlery. Whether preparing simple meals or shared family dinners, the layout keeps everything within easy reach.
Three bedrooms provide flexible sleeping arrangements for families or groups. Two bedrooms include queen beds, while the third offers two single beds, making it suitable for children or additional guests. The home includes air conditioning and heating, a central bathroom, and a laundry with a washing machine and dryer for added convenience during longer stays.
Outside, the fully fenced backyard offers a generous grassy area for children and pets to play safely. An undercover alfresco area with BBQ makes outdoor meals easy, while rear lane access leads to an oversized garage with additional parking.
