Your Newport Beach adventure begins with this high-quality, premium 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa that will sleep 8 total guests at the Marriott Newport Coast Resort, a 5-star resort enjoying the beautiful southern California weather with amazing views of the Pacific Ocean. Your villa and the resort are a short distance from the amazing and beautiful beaches of the Newport Beach coast area. Inside, you will find a tranquil space featuring one king bed, one queen bed, and a sofa bed in the living room. Two bathrooms offer both a bathtub and a shower, making it easy to refresh after a day of exploring. There are 3 TVs in the villa with one in the main living area and one in each bedroom. There is also a relaxing outdoor balcony area. The villa has a stackable washer and dryer, so you do not need to leave the villa to do your laundry. The resort keeps things comfortable with heating and air conditioning throughout. Whether you’re lounging in the pleasant living room or getting ready with the handy hair dryer and iron, this spot feels like a nice home away from home. Kick back, relax, and enjoy everything Newport Beach and our resort has to offer.

The resort is smoke-free except for designated smoking areas which are all outside. No smoking is allowed in any interior spaces.
You will have access to the entire villa that is assigned to you plus all the pools, public spaces and other amenities at the resort.

If your party is more than 8 people, I have 2 villas available starting on either July 10 or 17, so a total of up to 16 people could be accommodated for those weeks. For example, if you want to have a family reunion two villas might be ideal for your needs.

Area airports:
• Orange County John Wayne Airport, which is the closest.
• Los Angeles (LAX), about an hour drive from the resort depending on traffic.
• San Diego, about 2 to 2.5 hours drive depending on traffic.
By Train:
• Amtrak stops in Irvine, California, about 20 minutes drive from the resort, and close to the University of California Irvine campus.
