Located just five houses from the surf and sand at 43rd Street, the property offers ocean views from each front balcony along with a true sense of space and privacy across three light-filled levels in each residence. With comfortable furnishings and separate indoor and outdoor gathering areas throughout, guests can easily come together or spread out as needed.

Each residence includes a fully stocked kitchen with dishes, pots and pans, utensils, cookware, bakeware, and large and small appliances. The right residence also includes a glass-top dining table with seating for 6 to 8, while the left residence offers a dining table with bench seating for eight. Major appliances include a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, and microwave. Guests are welcome to bring their own food, drinks, spices, condiments, and additional paper goods. Guests are responsible for additional supplies and personal toiletries.
Extra Sleeping: To accommodate the maximum occupancy, two twin trifold floor mats, best suited for children, are provided. Twin rollaway beds can be rented instead of the mats by making advance arrangements with our office.
Laundry: Stack washer/dryer facilities are located within the main-level hallway bathroom of each residence. Guests must provide their own laundry supplies.
Parking: Four tandem garage parking spaces are provided, with two in each garage. Mid-size or smaller vehicles are recommended, and SUVs may not fit. Additional free street parking may be available throughout the neighborhood.
