Step into West Oceanfront Oasis, our newly renovated apartment in Newport Beach! The unbeatable location right on the boardwalk allows you to walk right out the front door onto the warm sand. You'll also find yourself close to a family-friendly park, local dining, and unique shops, as well as the Newport Pier and Balboa Island Ferry. After your adventures, kick back into your private apartment, appointed with everything you need to have a relaxing vacation at the beach.

LIVING SPACE - BED & BATH

When you enter West Oceanfront Oasis 1, you are greeted by (2) separate 1 bedroom 1 bath apartments with a connecting (hotel style) door. The front apartment features a king-size bed with a queen-sized pull-out sofa and a private patio on the boardwalk. The back apartment features a comfortable queen-sized Bed. Each apartment has a Smart Roku TV and a small kitchen with a 2 burner convection stovetop, coffee maker, small sink, Mini fridge, and microwave.

The apartment also features (2) modern bathrooms, with luxurious showers and all the amenities you need to pamper yourself during your stay. Fresh towels, Soap, and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.

Please note that from April 13 through May 22, the building will be undergoing structural maintenance and earthquake retrofitting to the foundation in the crawl space beneath the home. Construction activity may take place Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 6:30 PM. No work will occur on weekends. During this time, guests may experience construction noise or worker presence around the property during permitted hours. To account for this inconvenience, nightly rates have been discounted during this period. Additionally, garage access will not be available for Units 1 and 2 during the construction period. We appreciate your understanding as these improvements are made to enhance the long-term safety and structural integrity of the building.

We are Located walking distance from both piers and just a quick walk to lighthouse park home to playgrounds and a family-friendly beach. The Balboa Fun Zone, & Balboa Island Ferry are just a short distance away as well.

From our home, you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula, Balboa Island, or down to Huntington Beach (a 45-minute ride 1 away)
along the oceanfront boardwalk. However, with more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, electric boat/jet ski rentals, and Surfboard/Paddle-board Lessons all within a 20-minute walk, you will never need to travel far.

For those of you seeking a Daytime adventure, the Catalina Express, Whale Watching Tours, and Sailing Adventures all depart from the docks at the Balboa Pier. For those of you with kids, the Balboa Fun Zone is a new arcade and other amusement rides. For those of you with the itch to shop, we recommend hopping on the ferry to Balboa Island. If you can't find what you are looking for, the world-famous Shops at Fashion Island have it all located just a 5-minute taxi ride from the Island.

Construction Notice: Adjacent construction November 2025 - September 2026. The City of Newport Beach allows construction to take place between 7:00 a.m. & 4:30 p.m. on weekdays with no weekend (Sat/Sun) or holiday work permitted. Rental rates have been reduced to compensate for any inconvenience.

Parking Details
In the rear of the building there are 2 separate 2 car garages. You are assigned (1) parking spot on the RIGHT SIDE of the RIGHT garage. Compact cars are recommended as the garage space is limited. Please do not Park on the left side as this is for Trash Can storage. Additional street parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Parking Spot 1 is 74'' wide 172'' deep

There is no Laundry on site. The closest Laundromat is 0.7 Miles away on 30th St.

High Chair & Pack 'n Play
High chair and Pack 'n Play are available by request only. Please request at least 48 hours prior to your stay, subject to availability.

Our home is located in an active beach community. As is common in these areas, noise from construction, municipal services, beachgoers, vehicle and air traffic, adjacent homes, and nearby commercial or residential spaces may occur. Noise outside of our control will not constitute a refund or rental cancellation.

Quiet Hours Notice
Per City of Newport Beach “Good Neighbor Policy” Quiet Hours are Strictly Enforced between the hours of 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No patio noise is permitted between these hours. Please see house rules for more city noise requirements.

Pet Policy
This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.

- There are no BBQs or Air conditioning on the Property.
- The building has 2 Private Patios separated by a common walkway. This walkway provides access to the beach for other guests staying at this location. Your private patio will be limited to the patio space directly in front of your Apartment.
- All public hallways and outdoor spaces are monitored by security cameras. There are no security cameras inside the Apartments, However there are cameras on the Patio.
