Location, location, location!! This newly renovated, dog friendly, open concept home is located right in the heart of downtown with off street parking.

It boasts two bedrooms, two full baths and a bonus loft, a beautiful living room and gas fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, and washer and dryer. The private, fully fenced in patio, makes for great outdoor experiences, with a dining table for six, lounge seating, gas fire-pit, gas grill, and outdoor shower.

This property is a true gem!

While we want our guests to enjoy their privacy, we are also readily available for anything you might need, from extra towels to dinner recommendations. Just send us a message or give us a call.

Located right in the heart of downtown Newport, you are steps away from Newports waterfront and famous Thames Street. There are ample shops and restaurants in any direction and you are a 10 minute walk from Historic Bellevue Ave, which is home to The International Tennis Hall of Fame and Preservation Society Mansions.

Windward Suites properties are all keyless, and instead use keypad smart locks for all of the doors. All guests will get an email the morning of their arrival with the instructions, codes to the doors and Wifi. Super easy!

Check-in time is anytime after 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Please be respectful of these times unless you have contacted us, as we have a cleaning crew who need the time to do a thorough job before and after all of our guests.

There are two off-street parking spaces.

You're dropped right into Newport's beating heart—Young Street cornering Historic Thames Street, where the action never stops! Dozens of restaurants, buzzing bars, live music, quirky shops, and waterfront energy are steps away. Wander to Bowen's Wharf for sunset cocktails, Bannister's Wharf for people-watching, or nearby gems like Trinity Church and The Black Pearl. Safe, super lively, and packed with coastal charm—festivals, sailing vibes, historic feels all around. Mansions and beaches are a quick 10-min drive, but the walkable downtown scene is so addictive you'll be hooked!

7 Young Street is single family home with two off street parking spots in the heart of downtown Newport. The home has been fully renovated, and can accommodate up to six guests.

There are two bedrooms, each bedroom with queen sized beds, ample closet space and TV’s. There is another bonus area with a full sized bed located in the loft. There are two full bathrooms, one on the first floor and the other on the second floor with high end towels and toiletries provided.

The entire home has been updated with mini splits to make your stay comfortable, and there is a washer and dryer on the first floor for your convenience as well.

Absolutely a beautiful place

Needed a place for a quick getaway for my wife's birthday and everyone is always talking about Newport so I found this property and pulled the trigger. The location is absolutely the best and the finishes in the house were the same as our style. Will definitely be staying there again!

Nice place and perfect location - walking distance to everything! Very comfortable beds too. The coffee machine and a few lights didn’t work but we didn’t mention anything to the hosts since wasn’t a huge deal. We’d love to stay again.

Well appointed and very clean

As a previous Inn keeper of 8 years, I admit I am very particular about details and cleanliness. This home has been beautifully restored and we enjoyed every minute. We came to enjoy the Newport Christmas festivities and were not disappointed even though it rained both days. The home was well represented and only a couple of things would have made it more comfortable since we hung out there a lot as a result of the rain. An additional chair in the living room and some coat hooks. We were soaking wet when we came home. That being said, this certainly wouldn’t keep me from returning and I definitely will. The beds were so comfortable, I will inquire what brand mattresses they are. Cleanliness is a top priority and the 3 of us agreed it was a 5 star. Hope to return in the spring and will look forward to using the beautiful outdoor yard. Parking was so convenient and location is excellent! Thank you!

Amazing in Newport

Absolutely absolutely absolutely loved our stay . It was perfect and very convenient to have the two parking spaces, especially when it was the boat show weekend which we were aware of, but just an added bonus. The backyard was stunning and relaxing. The coffee maker Accommodated both pot and Keurig. I So appreciate the attention to detail, and the decor was off the chain.

Amazing house with PERFECT LOCATION!

Where do I begin
 I’ve been going to Newport for years.. love this nautical town it has so much to offer
 so I booked this house for myself and two girlfriends to stay for 2 nights for a quick girls trip filled with fun, food, drinks đŸč and SHOPPING đŸ›ïž! Manager was very responsive.. prior to our arrival we were provided check in instructions and a list of places to visit which was helpful. This home is meticulously maintained.. recently renovated with a nautical design and decor. Outside offers a courtyard style patio with plenty of space where we sipped coffee ☕ in the mornings and late afternoon was filled with wine đŸ· and cheese 🧀 for happy prior to going out on the town. Parking is very limited in Newport.. not an issue here this house comes with two off street private parking spaces. I loved this feature simply because I have an expensive car that I was concerned about parking and it also made me feel safe as well as it made it very easy to unload our luggage. In addition, this house is strategically located in the heart of Newport and you can walk to everything! Overall, I can’t say enough about this house it really made our vacation complete & I would highly recommend and book again here. See you next year.. Lovely home and location

The home is lovely and in a great location. We come to Newport every year with our dogs and genuinely enjoyed our stay. When we arrived we alter the property manager the dryer was broken. They promised to fix asap but the dryer was never fixed during our stay. This is one of the key perks for a rental home vs a hotel for us. This deducting 1 star.

Had a great time! House in the heart of Newport, attractively updated, wonderful outdoor space. We felt right at home! Only challenge was the house next door was getting a new roof while we were there so a lot of construction noise early in the am.
