This casual studio is a perfect little hideaway for your trip to the Oregon coast. Enjoy the fresh sea air from your own private balcony, where you can take in the view of the Embarcadero Marina. Relax in a luxurious king bed, set up perfectly so you can wake up to the coastal sunshine outside the wide window. Touches like roof beams and wood paneling will make you feel like you're truly in your own retreat on the water. Brew coffee in the morning at the kitchenette - it's big enough to store leftovers from your local culinary adventures. There's plenty of space to stretch out and relax in the living room space, which has its own TV for taking in a show after exploring the beach. Come in and wind down!

What's nearby:
You're just under two miles from beach access at Nye Beach, so feel free to wander and explore the town. Yaquina Bay Charters will take you out on the water if you're ready to fish for tuna, halibut, salmon, and more. Of course, any visitor to Newport should enjoy some chowder at the original Mo's Seafood & Chowder (just one mile from this condo)

It is a great location and easy process to check in. The key card did not work but the front desk who is NOT affiliated with Vacasa was very helpful. We walked into the condo then was faced at another open door that led into another condo. This door could only be locked by a key which no one on the property had access to. I tried to see if I could get a key to lock it. After contacting customer service through Vacasa they told me to find 168B. I walked to building B and looked through all the numbers, no luck. Went back to the front desk to find out that that number doesn’t even exist. I don’t know this area and not comfortable and just not safe to have a door not able to lock. The other issues we had were that it smelled pretty dingy, the sheets are stained and cobwebs everywhere. If they could deep clean the place, shampoo the carpets, put the outdoor furniture back and replace the bedding with white anything so it can be cleaned and bleached properly and leave a key in the second lockbox then we might would want to stay. We didn’t even walk into the bathroom
 We gave back the keycard to the front desk and arranged another condo with them. You cannot contact the local Vacasa team but you can call a customer service line or live chat with them daily but I’m getting nowhere. Again DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Worst bed ever

Room was fine, good view of marina, mattress needs replacing as it's unsleepable and most towels had visible stains. Property mgr was responsive regarding issues. Once mattress is replaced, along with bedding and towels it will be a nice unit.should be fine.

Nice location. Easy walk to shops and restaurant's.

The unit was fine with everything you would find in a hotel. Some light bulbs out. The unit had a musty smell and cob webs around the ceiling. We arrived late and our key didn’t work. We called and were sent to the front desk for assistance. But over all it met our needs for a weekend stay.

This was the perfect location with lots of activities to do and plenty of good eateries to visit! We had a great time and it was a pleasure to have the pool/spa amenities open. We will definitely come back here again.

Disappointed

We enjoyed the location but very disappointed in the room; cheap coffee pot didn’t work, rug and duvet cover dirty, hall heater did not work, no lights in living room area, shower only worked for short people, the only picture frame was broken, load noise in the wall in the middle of the night, and bed very soft. Do not recommend staying here.

Great spot

This location has an awesome view of all the boats at the docks. It's definitely a no frills place, but the price is right. Easy to walk to the downtown area where there were restaurants and shops. Would stay here again.

Get away on the bay!

Very convenient, compact, and just what we needed for a four day get away. Great location plus outdoor cooking area, including crab kettles along with nice dock area. We ran all over Newport and played on beaches so this condo was in a great location for us.

Great view!

Great view, comfortable bed, good location. “Kitchenette” was a microwave and small fridge, no sink. Had to wash dishes in the bathroom. No different than a motel room, really. Really, really musty smell that dissipated somewhat after leaving windows and deck door open for a few hours. Found cigarette butts on the deck, maybe previous tenant smoked in the room?
