The second bedroom has two twin beds, and there’s a full second bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The living area includes a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests. You’ll also have a full kitchen for cooking anything from quick breakfasts to family dinners, a dining area, washer/dryer in the unit, and a balcony or patio to unwind.

- A US $250 security deposit by credit card is required at check-in. Self-parking is uncovered and free. The resort is non-smoking inside; service animals only. Local lodging/occupancy taxes apply and will be collected upon check-in. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM; check-out is by 10:00 AM. Guests must have valid ID and credit card at arrival.
- Mandatory local tax fee is 6.00 U.S. dollars . Only Credit Cards accepted. When entering Newport, a toll bridge only accepts payment through EZ Pass and not cash.
- On-site construction or remodeling may disturb guests from September 3, 2025 to April 30, 2026. Resort undergoing seawall renovation and exterior renovation to the South and East Wind Buildings.
- Housekeeping fee for all RCI reservations less than 7-night stays: There may be a fee of 111.00 U.S. dollars for all units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted.
