Just a short 5 minute walk to miles of ocean beaches, this beautiful tiny home is just the remedy for a weekend getaway. Curl up on the comfy sofa and watch television while you enjoy the electric fireplace or walk down to the Nye Beach district and wander amongst great restaurants and shops. In Ti-Nye House, the sitting area doubles as a Queen Futon for a nice nights sleep. With a kitchenette and full bath this is perfectly suited for couples or a single traveler. Climb up to the loft and find a twin bed that can accommodate a child or an additional guest. On sunny days, there is a lovely deck where you can sit outside and enjoy the sea breeze and salty air or sit around the firepit and talk about the adventures you had while watching the stars at night. The fenced in yard is a beautiful green space to relax in and the hot tub in the yard provides you with a truly relaxing and rejuvenating beach experience.

This neighborhood is an easy walk to the historic Nye Beach District with plenty of restaurants, shops, live entertainment and easy beach access; all a part of this fun and quirky part of Newport. This is the perfect starting point for many days of exploring Newport and this amazing stretch of the Oregon coast!
