This apartment overlooks the famous Fistral Beach which is within walking distance, renowned as being one of the best for water sports, and home to the International Surfing Centre. The town centre is just a short walk away and offers a vast selection of shops, restaurants, and pubs to suit all tastes. In addition to days at the beach, you can also visit some of the area's year-round attractions in Newquay including Leisure World and the Blue Reef Aquarium. Just a 5-mile drive will take you to Watergate Bay, popular with surfers and kite surfers. Other attractions and places of interest close by include Holywell Bay Golf Course and beach, Crantock, the Gannel for paddleboarding or kayaking, and the poppy fields at Poly Joke, all within 7 miles.
Positioned on the second floor and with lift access, you'll enter into the light and welcoming entrance hall and hang up your outerwear. Head through into the open/plan lounge/kitchen/diner where you'll be instantly drawn to the outstanding views across the Atlantic ocean.
