WE ARE A COMPLIANT, PERMITTED VACATION RENTAL. 4Bedrooms, 2 Full Baths, eat-in kitchen, dining room, foyer, and living room, this century-old, 2500SF home is located in the tourist/b&b area of Niagara Falls, USA, down the street from our sister property, Woodcrest! Just a half mile from the Falls, easily walkable! We have off-street parking for 4 cars, and provide a family-friendly home including Washer/dryer, high-speed WIFI, & kids amenities.
The space
Ashwood was completely renovated after several long months. The entire house was painted inside and out, the hardwood floors were refinished downstairs, updated electric, new driveway, all new landscaping and grass, replacement windows, carpets, updated kitchen with granite countertop, subway tile walls, refurbished clawfoot tub and sink in the upstairs bathroom and a brand new full bathroom was added downstairs.

We have 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and include extra beds for kids including kids cots (2) and a single mattress/ rollaway bed. (Please note, guests are not permitted to sleep on the brand new sofa.) All of the mattresses, linens, pillows, towels, washcloths and bedding are brand new! We also have all of our pillows and mattresses enclosed in waterproof covers. The kids room has a twin daybed with a twin, pull-out trundle bed. We provide additional sheets, towels and blankets for your stay.

Please check out our bedroom configurations. We can sleep a maximum of 9 adults, any additional beds listed are to accommodate small children or toddlers. The fold out cots are for kids under 75lbs.

The covered front porch is the coziest thing and has the most amazing architectural details. Our backyard features a huge patio with seating, patio umbrellas and a propane grill.

We provide extra sheets, towels, soap, shampoo, and a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwasher pods, laundry soap and basic cleaning supplies.

The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, silverware, glassware, dinnerware, all cooking utensils, cutting board, etc.

The full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located on the second floor and are accessible for guest use.

We provide a SMART TV in the living room with 50 cable channels, and streaming services. We have high speed WiFi included as well!

Please let us know if you are traveling with infants or small children so that we can ensure that your requested baby and kids supplies are out and available for your use. If you need anything else that’s not listed, please ask us as we may be able to accommodate your request.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house with the exception of a couple locked storage closets, the third floor attic and basement. Ashwood is your home away from home!
Other things to note
We have a keyless entry system and an alarm system. You will receive your codes prior to arrival will be in your itinerary.
Driveway parking for 4 vehicles. No parties, must be 21+, no local guests unless prior approval from host.
