Since our home is a 200-year-old historic building that has been lovingly redecorated, all items are in good condition but require special care. Please treat the house as you would your own home. 😊

🤍 Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Please do not use the hot tub or sauna during this time, and kindly keep noise to a minimum.

🍳 Kitchen
You are welcome to use all kitchen appliances.
Please help us keep the kitchen clean and return everything to its original place after use.

🛀🏻 Bathroom
Please open the window after showering to allow steam to escape. 🙏
🚿 Hot Water Notice:
If several guests shower one after another, hot water may run out. In such cases, it may take up to two hours for the hot water to fully recover.

Sauna – Available Times
- 07:00 – 09:30 ☀️ Morning
- 13:30 – 16:30 🌞 Daytime
- 19:30 – 22:00 ✨ Evening
⚡General Rules
- Sauna max 4 persons, Hot tub max 6 persons
- Children must be supervised at all times
- Use at your own risk
- Please shower before using the hot tub
- No glass, food, or drinks near the hot tub
- Keep noise levels low, especially in the evening
- After using the sauna, please switch it off and leave the door slightly open
- After using the hot tub, please close the cover
🚫 Important
- Please do not run the sauna and hot tub at the same time
- While using them, avoid high-power appliances (washing machine, oven, iron, hairdryer) to prevent electrical overload.

For your safety, please do not cross the railway tracks at any time. ❗️❗️

🧹 Check-Out Instructions
Before departure, please:
- Dispose of glass bottles & plastic bottles separately, in the green bins on the balcony (accessible via the laundry room door – same key)
- Dispose of general waste in the black bin in the parking area
- Turn off all lights
- Lock the door
- Return the key to the key box
