-No guest access to; Guest house, interior garage/car port, deck & pool utility space/shed. Doors are kept locked.
-Gravel driveway (1/8 mile long), accommodates large vehicles + maneuvering space for large hauls. Parking immediately outside rental entrance & along driveway, request field parking prior to check-in if necessary.
-Please note: A secondary GUEST HOUSE is also available for STR. Please avoid entering their carport, fenced, backyard & fenced entryway if you did not reserve the space during your stay.

-PARTYS/GROUP/ SOCIAL GATHERINGS exceeding 12 persons requires an additional PER DAY VENUE FEE of $200. (Cost helps cover trash removal, additional amenities/cleaning & utility usage.) Daily GUEST/VISITORS LIMIT of 30 PEOPLE per day. If you know you are going to host additional guests….PLEASE notify host. We can help provide plastic utensils, & disposable dining wear, additional trash bags, and trash receptacles (no additional cost) prior to your arrival jk.

KIDS: TWO additional twin mattress & bedding stored in master closet(NO bedframes)
