This is a 3 Bedroom/2 Bath beach side cottage. Perfect for your quiet relaxing

family vacations. This house is just steps from the boardwalk which will take

you right to the beautiful beaches of the Chesapeake Bay. No roads to cross to

get there - just a one minute stroll or maybe a few sips of coffee!



We are Pet Friendly with a fee.

door.



Come enjoy our Historic single level Beach Side Cottage. This home is one of

the original Ocean View Cottages built in the 1950's. We feature 2 Master

Bedrooms with Queen size beds and 3 Twin beds in the 3rd bedroom for the kids.

Additional sleepers (little ones) can sleep on the couches if needed.



We have high speed WiFi and a large 75 inch Smart TV for your streaming

entertainment.



This Historic property was originally built in 1950. It is one of the few

original flat top houses that still survives in this Chesapeake Bay

neighborhood. Everything is on one level. We have a large yard that can easily

handle parking for multiple vehicles including boat or travel trailers.



We have a beautiful fireplace and warm radiator heat that immediately takes

away the chill.



Our full size kitchen is stocked and ready to prepare your meals if dining in.

We have two dining tables to accommodate larger groups. We also have two

bathrooms with showers, Both recently renovated.



We are located right on a public beach access. No roads to cross, just walk

out the door and you have a 90 second walk to our wonderful Chesapeake Bay

beach. We are not far from the Ocean View Fishing Pier.



Parking is right outside your door and we also have a combination door lock,

so that you can check yourself in and out at your leisure.



We are pet friendly with a pet fee of $99 per pet.



The unit comes with a charcoal grill, which is located under cover in the

lattice covered terrace or porch.



Our large kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need if you choose to

prepare your own meals.



If you have a boat or watercraft, bring it! We have plenty of parking space

and are close to a very nice public boat ramp.



This is a Family/Residential unit and area. No loud music or noise. Quiet

hours begin at 9 PM.



This Historical home is almost beach front - there is a home between us and

the beach, but there are no roads to cross as you enjoy your 2 minute stroll

to the fantastic almost private beach. Enjoy fishing from shore, or utilize

the marina that is just a quarter of a mile away for boating or other water

fun. We are not far away and are pleased to offer you as much privacy as you

desire, while being close enough to assist with any emergencies.



Please, if you are bringing your pet (Pet Fee of $99 per pet and per stay plus

tax and processing fees), keep them off the furniture and bedding.



Smoking is allowed, but outdoors only please.



Other things to note



We have a large yard with plenty of room to run and play for all the little

ones, pets and kids!



** PLEASE PAY ATTENTION - this unit is for family units ONLY! No Parties are

allowed or tolerated. We live next door to this unit and will immediately

cancel and evict anything resembling a party - No "Get Togethers" - No

"Inviting a few friends" - No "Cookouts" - No "friends stopping by for a

visit" - No "Wakes" - No "Funerals" - No "Birthday Parties"!!!!



All cancellations like this will include forfeiture of all payments and

security deposits - NO EXCEPTIONS! **



Pet Fee is $99 per pet and per stay plus tax and processing fees.



If not disclosed prior to your stay, the pet fee is $300



Pets must be house trained and stay off of bedding and furniture



An Extra Cleaning fee of $99 will be charged to remove pet hair from bedding

or furniture



There is additional pet fee $100 per dog excluding tax and processing fee for

all guests with ESAs (Emotional Support Animals).



Extra Charges:



Early Check-In for 1 PM - $75 (if available) Late Check-Out at 1 PM - $75 (if

available)



Normal Check Out is 10 AM. A fee of $45 per hour is charged beginning at

10:05 AM



Cleaners are on a schedule and can not be kept waiting!
