The Space:

The Aloe Suite is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom, condo (sleeps 2) a short drive to Virginia Beach and Ocean View Beach. Every detail has been taken care of to make this a comfortable and unique stay.



Living room: Unwind in this bright and welcoming living room, where a comfortable couch beckons you to relax while enjoying your favorite shows on the 55" Smart wall-mounted TV. Sunlight streams through large window, a gentle ceiling fan keeps the air fresh, and thoughtfully chosen artwork adds warmth and personality, creating a space that feels both cozy and alive.



Kitchen: Cook, create, and savor every meal in this kitchen, thoughtfully equipped with a range and oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all the utensils and dining ware you need to make every dish feel like home.



Dining Area: Gather around the cozy dining nook, where stool-style seating for four invites laughter, conversation, and shared meals. Sunlight dances across the space, creating a warm, intimate spot perfect for morning coffee or evening dinners with loved ones.



Bedroom: Relax in this bright and airy bedroom, complete with a queen sized bed, ceiling fan and wall hvac system for perfect comfort year-round. Vibrant artwork adds a lively touch, while end tables on both sides of the bed provide convenient space for your essentials, making it a cozy and inviting retreat.



Bathroom: Refresh in this full-sized bathroom, featuring a relaxing tub and shower combo. Fresh towels and complimentary premium Lather shampoo, conditioner, and soap are provided for a comfortable, hassle-free stay.



Parking: Enjoy the convenience of one free dedicated parking space, making your arrival and stay stress-free. Additional parking can be found at the beach access across the street.



Laundry: While this unit doesn’t have its own laundry, you’ll have access to free laundry at the near by building, convenient and easy to use!



Accessability: Please note, this home does not have a ramp or elevator.



Amenities: Make the most of your beach days, beach chairs are available for your use.

From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.



Baby Gear (Optional Add-On)

Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.

Driving to your Sojourn? Please inquire with the Sojourn team to make a parking reservation to ensure your arrival is seamless and stress-free. Pet Policy

Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.
