Welcome to our Large Brick Waterfront Home.
This stately brick home has 4 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms. We have a large eat-
in kitchen as well as a dining room that sits 8 guests.
We have 2 Smart TV's along with high speed WiFi throughout the home. The yard
is fenced in and perfect for the little ones to run and play - Yes we are pet
friendly!
Central Heat and AC has just been installed for year round comfort!
Off-Street parking is right outside the door.
This home features 4 Bedrooms - 2 with King size beds; 1 with a Full Size Bed;
1 with 2 Twin Beds.
We have 3 full size bathrooms - Two with stand up showers and one with a
Bathtub/shower combination. We also have a full size laundry room with
Washer/Dryer.
This home has a large 85" Smart TV downstairs in the living room as well as a
60" Smart TV in the upstairs King Bedroom. We also have high speed WiFi with
coverage throughout the home.
Our fenced in back yard is perfect for the little ones (two and four legged)
to run and play. We have a waterfront deck that is open and available to
enjoy the beautiful water front views. This dock can be shared with the other
guests on the property.
We have a large driveway that should be able to park multiple vehicles with
more on street parking if needed.
This is a tucked away home with neighbors close by. We do not allow parties.
However it is a perfect place for families and for "relocations due to work"
for extended stays.
This home is the main living area in a building with a couple of smaller units
attached to the back of the property. Every unit has its own entrance/exits
and nothing is shared other than the yard and the water front deck. The dock
is under repair and is not available at this time.
Pet Fee is $99 per pet and per stay plus tax and processing fees.
If not disclosed prior to your stay, the pet fee is $300
Pets must be house trained and stay off of bedding and furniture
An Extra Cleaning fee of $99 will be charged to remove pet hair from bedding
or furniture
Extra Charges:
Early Check-In for 1 PM - $75 (if available) Late Check-Out at 1 PM - $75 (if
available)
Normal Check Out is 10 AM. A fee of $45 per hour is charged beginning at
10:05 AM
Cleaners are on a schedule and can not be kept waiting!
This is a Family/Residential unit and area. No loud music or noise. Quiet
hours begin at 9 PM.
