Set within the heart of South Shores, this villa feels open and easy from the moment you arrive. With the lagoon stretching out in front of you and birdlife moving quietly across the water, it’s a place designed for unwinding, reconnecting, and settling into holiday time.

Villa 92 is designed for relaxed coastal living, with open-plan living upstairs and private bedrooms below.

Upstairs, the kitchen, dining and lounge area flows effortlessly through bifold doors onto a balcony overlooking the lagoon. This is where the villa truly comes alive - mornings with coffee as the water stills, long lunches that drift into afternoon light, and evenings shared over BBQs as the sky softens and reflects on the lagoon.

A separate powder room and laundry sit conveniently on this level, making longer stays feel easy and practical.

Downstairs, all three bedrooms are peaceful and well-appointed, offering a quiet retreat away from the main living space. The master bedroom opens onto its own private deck overlooking the lagoon — a gentle, private spot to start or end the day. It also includes an ensuite and TV for added comfort.

Bedrooms two and three are generously sized and share a central bathroom, making the layout ideal for families or small groups wanting both space and connection.

Basic kitchen amenities are provided, as well as bathroom products. Our local Foodland is a 2min drive away and has everything you`ll need!

~ Quiet time is between 9pm and 9am, no loud music or voices at any times. Please respect our wonderful neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after sunset to maintain the peaceful atmosphere.

~ Please follow all community rules within the village, pool rules, car directions and speed restrictions.

~ No pets allowed.

~ This home is smoke free, no smoking of any kind is allowed on the property.
