PET RULES:

-> Backyard is strictly off-limits for all pets as the area is shared.

-> Pets must be walked outside the property. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets at all times.

-> No more than two small dogs are allowed per reservation.

-> Large dogs over 25 pounds are not permitted.

-> Pets must remain leashed at all times while on the premises. Guests are not allowed to let their pets roam freely or off-leash at any time.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full and exclusive access to La Petite Fleur, the private studio located behind the main home. Enjoy your own separate entrance for added privacy, with no shared interior spaces. You’re welcome to relax in the small outdoor area just outside the unit, perfect for sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a quiet evening. Free street parking is available right in front of the home, and you'll receive self-check-in instructions before arrival for added convenience and flexibility.

Located just steps from Montague Avenue, our studio places you in one of North Charleston’s most vibrant and walkable neighborhoods, Park Circle. This charming area is known for its tree-lined streets, welcoming community, and some of the trendiest restaurants and local hangouts in Charleston. Start your day with a stroll down Montague Street, where you'll find a variety of cafes, boutiques, and eateries. Be sure to stop by DIG in the Park for a casual bite or craft beer in their lively outdoor patio. And no visit is complete without a trip to Park Circle Creamery, a neighborhood favorite serving up some of the tastiest small-batch ice cream in town.

Getting Around:

Car is the best way to get around, but if you feel like walking Montague is a 3 min walk with great restaurants.
