The Oakwood Retreat is a three-story, 3-bedroom home built for families who want to actually relax together.

THE SPACE
The main bedroom sits on the top floor with the home`s best feature: a private balcony and a stunning view out over the marsh. Three bedrooms and four beds sleep six comfortably. The middle floor holds the kitchen and living room, opening to porches at both the front and back. Downstairs, the ground level is a dedicated game room with ping pong — the rainy-day headquarters that keeps every age entertained.

THE KITCHEN & LIVING
Cook real meals in a full kitchen with an island, dishwasher, coffee maker, and everything from baking sheets to wine glasses. The dining table seats the whole group, and the living room flows right off it with a smart TV and fast 100+ Mbps WiFi.

THE OUTDOORS
Three porches and a completely fenced backyard make this home a standout — room for the kids to run, the dog to roam, and the grill to fire up. Outdoor furniture is set out and waiting.

BRING THE DOG
The Oakwood Retreat is genuinely dog-friendly: a fully fenced yard, easy floors, and a neighborhood made for walking. Up to two dogs are welcome with a flat $180 pet fee per stay (dogs only; restricted breeds not permitted).

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Park Circle is North Charleston`s most walkable, most loved pocket — breweries, standout restaurants, a great coffee scene, and the new all-inclusive playpark, all minutes away. Downtown Charleston, the beaches, and the airport are a short drive away.

GOOD TO KNOW
Self check-in via keypad. Free parking on-site. Fast WiFi throughout. A signed rental agreement is required before check-in details are shared (sent right after booking). Please note the home is near a railway and trains pass by day and night; the area`s quiet designation softens the sound, but light sleepers should be aware. Hotel-quality linens and toiletries, plus easy-to-reach concierge service.

We want every guest to have a relaxing, worry-free stay, so we don’t have strict rules about trash or dishes—just a kind request to keep things reasonably tidy. Used linens can be left as they are in the bedrooms or bathrooms, and our cleaning team will take care of them after your stay.

If you’re interested in hosting an event during your stay, please reach out prior to your reservation date for approval. Events that exceed the home’s listed capacity of guests are subject to additional conditions and guidelines.

Smoking is not permitted inside the home. If evidence of smoking is found, a minimum deep cleaning fee of $250 will be charged to the reservation. This home is pet-friendly with an additional fee per pet; however, bringing an undisclosed pet will result in a $200 per day charge.
