Returning to Chatham and entering our home is a ritual filled with so many wonderful memories. There is that scent of roses surrounding the entryway and the sound of the wind. . . It is different from any other place in the world. I enjoy sitting in the screened-in breezeway in the morning with my coffee relishing the tranquility. While I love our home's close proximity to the beaches and ponds, and the center of Chatham's town for shopping and restaurants, I cherish returning to our quiet, private neighborhood. It is so incredibly peaceful and relaxing. Truly the best of both worlds. I should also mention that there is nothing like the night sky at Bob's Place. I have never seen so many stars anywhere else! It is heaven on earth. We hope our home will enable you to enjoy a relaxing vacation.

Enter the quaint screened in porch where you will enjoy your morning coffee in the quiet neighborhood setting. Head through the side door into the combination kitchen and dining area to enjoy the warmth of the knotty pine kitchen with all modern appliances for easy meal prep and clean up.
Gather around the dining table for a nice meal after a lovely day exploring Cape Cod.
The living room is spacious with comfy modern couches and two easy chairs for relaxing. Enjoy your favorite show on the flat screen tv or play a game of coastal checkers.
Down the hall way are 2 bedrooms and a full bath.
Bedroom #1 boasts a King size bed, flat screen tv, dresser and ample closet space for clothes to fit our ever changing New England weather.
Bathroom #1 is a full bath with a tub/shower combination.
Bedroom #2 has two twin beds, dresser, desk, and closet. The desk is great for those who are still remote working or for kids that need to finish their summer reading.
Return to the screened in porch and head out the back door for some al fresco dining on the patio. Don't forget the age old Cape Cod tradition and use the custom built outdoor shower to wash the sand and salt off after a great day on the beach.
* Laundry is located in the basement off the kitchen.

For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa for payments.
