We allow up to 2 well-behaved dogs.
This 2-story home requires an exterior staircase to enter. While it offers 2 bedrooms and 1 bath on the 1st floor, interior stairs are required to access the remaining bedrooms and bathroom on the 2nd floor
Grill is available from May 1 to October 31 and propane is provided during that time.
There is a maximum of 2 cars allowed on the drive during your stay and 1 car in the garage.
The fire pit is available for use when there is no snow on the ground. Firewood is not provided.

We provide one bath towel per person and two hand towels per bathroom. Washcloths are not provided.
Cell service can be spotty in the area. We recommend taking a screenshot of the Wi-Fi info before arrival in case of connectivity issues.
An additional fee will apply if pet waste or cigarette butts are found in the yard.

Cooling: window units in the main floor bedrooms (one with a king bed and the other with a queen)—provided from May 1st through September 30th.


The top bunk is for children only.

Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and we do charge $25 per hour for this service.
