Superb Nature Lodge 5mns to Gore Mountain w/Large Hot Tub, Firepit & Fireplace!

Deer Trail Lodge is a year-round retreat located 5 minutes from the charming North Creek. It's surrounded by large trees providing a private and secluded setting, perfect for relaxing and spending time with loved ones enjoying nature. The fireplace is a must for an evenings of relaxation after a day of hiking the beautiful trails nearby, skiing at Gore Mountain, swimming in one of the many lakes, spending the day in Lake George, sightseeing, shopping and more!

The Space:

The lodge has been tastefully designed and recently renovated to provide an elevated experience to our guests and still maintaining a polished rustic charm and coziness that only a great Lincoln style cabin can offer.

The great room is perfect for family and friends to gather after a day out in nature. The large woodburning fireplace is very relaxing and perfect while enjoying a glass of wine and watching a movie. There is a game table for the ones who enjoy a bord game or playing cards.

There are two private bedrooms, each with a smart TV and one additional area (the Den) with one double bed, all three provide plenty of room for 7 guests to sleep comfortably. Two full bathrooms, one on each level, one with a full-size tub and one with a large shower.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything one may need for large family cookouts or holiday gatherings. High end appliances, granite countertops and a great peninsula for casual dining. The dining table sits eight people but can easily fit 10 for family reunions.

The front porch is perfect for sitting outside and enjoying your favorite beverage while watching the deer roam in the woods or enjoying a rainy day.
The large deck offers a gas grill and ample sitting for dining outdoor in the warm months.

The deck has a large table for 8, with a large high end gas grill. There is also a hot tub covered by a gazebo and a fire pit.

Additional info:
Check-in & check-out: Any requests for early check-in or check-out needs to be requested and approved by host 48hrs prior as we keep a tight schedule with our cleaning crew between bookings. If possible, we will try to help with your request.
-An $800 Damage Deposit (refundable) is required and will be charged by Bliss Vacation Properties separately
-A Rental Agreement will need to be signed for booking to be confirmed

If you are not willing to follow the following rules, we will have to ask you to leave the property immediately without a refund.
-Parking is limited to 3 vehicles
-Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
-No smoking inside the cabin, near propane tanks or on deck. Illegal substances of any kind are prohibited on property. If property is being used for any kind of Illegal behavior, you will be asked to leave and reported to the police.
-Pets: Only dogs are welcome (sorry we are allergic to cats), No more than 2 small dogs are allowed per reservation, 15-20 pounds max per dog. If extra cleaning is needed due to pet hair it will be deducted from
the security deposit.
-Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage of the property. 
-Any report of visible damage or something not working properly should be made upon arrival. Please take care of Kitchen items as your own and leave items as you found them.
-Do not clean stove top while hot and only use soapy water to clean with sponge.     
-Do not move furniture around.
-Try as much as possible not to have accidents on any sheets, duvets, towels and other linens. Black makeup towels are provided in each bathroom for your use.
