Wonderful Place to Vacation w Friends/Family

This place is great. House is well maintained. Plenty of space for a large group. Kids and adults loved the back pool/hot tub/putting green area. Very short walk to public beach access; it’s less than 5 minutes and you’re on the beach, set up, ready to chill. Very close to Barefoot Landing. Property owner and maintenance staff were very available and responsive. A experience, will stay again, and would recommend.

This house was perfect for our large family reunion! The house is a located about a 5 minute walk to the beach in a nice quiet neighborhood. So many fun amenities on the property kept our group entertained. The pool is beautiful and the pool floaties were greatly appreciated. As was corn hole, ladder ball, the putting green, and the hot tub. Inside we enjoyed playing arcade games, ping-pong, and pool. With three round tables there was plenty of room for all 19 of us to enjoy our meals together. The owner, John, was very helpful and communicative ensuring we had the best stay possible.

Great place for family reunion

This house had plenty of room for 12 adults and 2 children. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable and we even found a great puzzle in the cabinet with games/puzzles to keep many of us occupied for hours! Hot tub was also enjoyed by all! Overall a great house! Our only complaint would be that the internet was spotty at times with everyone on their devices/TVs. Would definitely stay here again!

Golf Trip

We had a group if 12 new to the area. The house was a great alternative to dealing with multiple condos. The house was perfect size for us to get together as we traveled from 4 different states for the reunion. Rooms with private bathrooms was a huge bonus. Loved sitting on the porches at night. 2 blocks from the beach. Great time. Thank you.

The property had all ammenities stated in VRBO, it was clean and management was responsive. The house had a great layout and easily accommodated our extended family; however, it was "tired." The beach, was quickly accessible by foot, but the view is of highrises.

Carpets and couches worn out. Lots of dusty Knick knacks. Pool tape coming off and weeds growing everywhere. We had a toddler so had to see dead bugs and dust under furniture. Vacuum doesn’t work well.

This place was Awesome. The host were very responsive and accommodating. We couldn’t have ask for a better experience. The only thing about this residence was the stairs. We underestimated them and assumed that there was an elevator like the other residents in that location. But it’s ok we needed the exercise. 11/10 Stars!

I came down for a 4-night stay with a large group of friends and this place was perfect. The owner of the property was extremely kind, quick to respond and had some great tips for the surrounding location. The space itself was in the perfect location. A 10-minute walk from Barefoot Landing, 15-minute drive to Broadway by the Beach and a 25-minute ride to the airport. Aside from those places there were many restaurants, shops, golf courses, mini golf and places to go out. The house had plenty of stuff to keep you occupied. Pool table, TV’s, Hot tub, Pool, Cornhole and many games. I believe the exact number was 12 beds, but the couches were so comfortable you could sleep 16/17. Also included was an upstairs and a downstairs kitchen fully stocked with silverware and cooking utensils. Everyone in my group was extremely impressed with how nice / big the house was. It is the perfect place to stay whether you have a small group or a big one. I’ve only just left and am already discussing going back sometime next year because the overall experience was excellent.

Health and Safety Hazards inside and outside

We were excited to spend a week at Myrtle Beach with our 5 adult children and our grandchildren (5 under 5) to celebrate our daughter’s wedding. We reviewed dozens of options before we chose this house. Initially the house seemed great, but we quickly had major concerns for our safety and everyone’s health. We have many pictures of the dangers we found in the house; unfortunately there does not seem to be a way to attach pictures. We found mold, cobwebs and thick dust on the windows, blinds and vents in all of the bedrooms. Air vents were caked in filth. There was thick dust under beds and couches. Some of the toilets had not been cleaned for our arrival. We had 2 babies who crawl, 3 littles who frequently went under furniture and beds to retrieve toys. 3 of the children and most of the adults became congested, sneezed, coughed and had headaches after being in the house by day 2. All of the symptoms were relieved once we were out of the house for more than 2hours. There were numerous hazards that were major concerns. At the top of the outdoor staircase, there was a two+ gap in the wood planks, a tripping hazard. Tops of the banisters were missing or not attached firmly. We found this out each time someone tripped coming up the stairs ( 2 flights high) and reached for the banister. Throughout the house the flooring was uneven, with transition pieces that were not flush to the floor. Caused stubbed toes. The hot tub was broken. The pool was too cold to use.

Property has not been maintained. Stability of structure, steps and deck in addition to what appears to be mold/mildew under home is concerning. Condensation on air vents throughout home. Pool and concrete have been damaged by prior month storm and is in need of repair. Damage to upstairs faucet and outside items from prior guest not removed/repaired. One bedroom cooled with window unit for unknown reason.

Spacious Home for 21-person Cousins Vacation Just a Couple of Minutes from Beach

The house was a great place for our first time ever cousin's vacation! The house met all the requirements: spacious house, everyone had a bed to sleep in, outside pool, hot tub, grill, activities (pool table), walk to beach within a few minutes, parking for at least 7-8 cars, and within our agreed per person budget when we took the total rental divided by the number of people going. We had a 21-person cousin's vacation that included 18 adults (my husband's cousins and their spouse and adult children), two teenagers, and one 7-yr old. The two levels with two separate sitting areas each having its own living room, kitchen, fridge, and dishwasher allowed us to gather together as a large family for meals, watch a movie, or just chill, but also spread out when we wanted to. The pool table in the upper level, outside swimming pool, hot tub, and corn hole was also used every day in between trips to the beach which was only a couple minutes' walk away. Everyone had space at the beach for themselves to lay out, play Spike ball, throw football, or dig in the sand. Each of the 11 queen beds had two body towels and two washcloths on it when we arrived, and the twin bed had a set as well. No beach towels provided, but most of the families had brought their own. The large washing machine and dryer on the main floor hallway was convenient for doing towels and clothes each day. All the cousins had a great time, and we look forward to next year's cousins' vacation together!

Almost Heaven

House was nice but needed TLC. Pool area had debris all around including rusty nails. Inside many lightbulbs burnt out. Wished we could have sat on upper deck, materials on deck made it inaccessible. Inside house was clean, bathrooms were clean. Hot tub and pool table were assets, would have liked newer tips on cue sticks. A booklet telling users where modem is located and to not turn off hot tub and other hints would be helpful. All in all the house suited my needs and would rent again.

Perfect for a golf trip w/ the guys

The host was extremely responsive, which was a unique experience in today's fast-paced world. We were able to check-in a few hours early instead of trying to find something to do alongside all of our luggage. The location is absolutely perfect. There were a few things that came up unexpectedly, but the host was so responsive they became non-issues. If you're looking for a spacious, perfectly-located spot to stay with a large group, this is your spot.
