No pets allowed in the condo or on the property.
No smoking or vaping inside the condo or on the screened balcony.
No motorcycles, trailers, RVs, or golf carts are allowed in The Havens community.
Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM – please be respectful of neighbors.
Pool rules must be followed: no glass, no diving, and children must be supervised at all times.
Parking permits (if required) must be displayed at all times; unregistered vehicles may be towed.
Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Over-occupancy is strictly prohibited and may result in a $200 per day fine.
Please leave the property neat and tidy as you found it and report any damages immediately.
