Please follow all HOA rules/postings during your stay (e.g., pool closures for maintenance, posted hours, pest control notices).
• No parties or events (HOA enforced)
• Primary renter must be 25+
• Rental agreement & ID verification required after booking
• A starter set of essentials is provided for your convenience, including toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher tablets, laundry pods, hand soap, shampoo, and body wash. Please note that these items are intended to get you started and may not last the duration of your stay.
• Guests have full access to the condo except for a locked owner’s closet and locked cleaning supply box in the middle bedroom.
HVAC Disclaimer: The thermostat is set within a standard temperature range (68–78) to ensure consistent comfort and prevent system issues. For best performance, please keep doors and windows closed while the AC is running.

• Parking: 2 passes provided (HOA limit); garage height limit 6 ft 9 in

Pool / Hot Tub Disclaimer:
While the pool and hot tub are typically available, access is managed by the HOA and may occasionally be affected by maintenance. We will always communicate any known closures in advance. No refunds will be given if Pool or Hot Tub is not available during your stay if closed by HOA for any reason.
HOA has a strict NO GLASS in the POOL / HOT TUB AREA. Having glass in this area can cause the pool to be shutdown and HOA can issue fines or cancel rental reservations for repeat offenders of this rule.
