You are minutes way from Barefoot Landing shops and restaurants, House of Blues and other North Myrtle Beach favorites.

This is one of, if not the best, located units in all of Windcrest Villas. This unit has the ideal north corner location, giving guests a 270 degree unobstructed balcony view of the beach (pool and inland). The unit itself is on the second floor, requiring guests to walk only 14 steps up to the unit. Please note there is no elevator in this building.

This unit has the largest covered parking area in the building, giving guests a maximum of 2 cars (including trucks) to be parked underneath the building. From mid-may through September, there is a 7-night rental requirement with a 25 y/o age requirement on the guest booking.

We have added an desk, with a 24-inch computer monitor, in the master bedroom, giving guests the ability to work remotely (with an ocean view) as needed. The unit was recently upgraded with a private WIFI network with download speeds up to 450 bps, complete with a mesh network which will provide consistent speeds from the balcony/pool deck to the parking lot.

The living room was recently upgraded with a 55 inch Samsung smart TV, with every app imaginable (Netflix, HBO NOW, Prime TV, Hulu, etc.) available with your login information. This TV does have swingable mount which can be adjusted to provide viewing from the outdoor table, so you can enjoy TV on the balcony.

A spectrum cable box has been provided in the living room, master bedroom and bedroom #2 (full size beds), which provides over 125 channels, including ESPN and its entire family network of stations.

Linens, towels, beach towels and other basic amenities have been provided and are included in the base rate of the unit.

The kitchen has both a Keurig and a traditional coffee pot for your use.

The unit utilizes an electronic lock system, on both the front and back doors, so you do not need to worry about picking up or losing a key during your stay. A unique code will be provided to you on the day of check-in and will be valid to use until your check-out time.

This is a NON-SMOKING unit and pets are not allowed. Any known violation of this will be reported.

This unit is located in the ultimate ideal location for North Myrtle, about a mile from Barefoot landing, House of Blues, Alabama Theatre, Duplin Winery and more. There is not a shortage of great restaurants to pick from, as you are surrounded to the North and South by an abundance of choices to choose from.

Myrtle beach may be one of the golf capitals of the world, and on your way into Windcrest Villas you will pass by numerous options, with the beautiful courses at Barefoot Landing just over a mile away.
