Crescent Sands F1, Baujahr 1985, ist eine direkt am Meer gelegene Eigentumswohnung mit drei Schlafzimmern und drei BÀdern. Diese Wohnung befindet sich in Windy Hill Beach, North Myrtle Beach und ist mit Flachbild-TV, Pool am Meer, Waschmaschine und Trockner, kostenlosen ParkplÀtzen und WiFi und mehr ausgestattet!
Die EigentĂŒmer haben dieses GerĂ€t erst im MĂ€rz 2017 gekauft und einige leichte Renovierungsarbeiten durchgefĂŒhrt, darunter neue Granittheken, neue Farben, neue Dekorationen und mehr!

The pictures directly show how the condo is! The place was fantastic and clean. Its close to a bunch of attractions so plenty to do around. You have direct access to the beach and plenty of parking, larger vehicles it may be challenging. The owners were very responsive and even gave some great recommendations for local eats that we have never heard of before. I have been coming to Myrlte for about 20 years, this is top 3 places we have stayed. Highly recommend and will come back, but dont take my week in August :)

Typical beach property great parking, easy access great location. House keeping could be better floors gritty counters and stove felt greasy, bathrooms old but clean, TV remotes not sinker to TV . Good view 2nd floor would be much better.

Lovely place with great view

The place is clean; well decorated; well stocked with kitchen items; and the owner was responsive when we had a question. Coffee pot was jammed and he replaced it. This is first floor of a beach front condo; however the floor is up one level, parking below. Would highly recommend!

The property has a great location near local attractions and restaurants in North Myrtle Beach. Beach access is easy and close. The view of the ocean is moderately obstructed by a sand dune as the property is on the first floor. The unit needed some cleaning details attended to (light switches had film of black substance in/on them, walls/doors were dirty with hand prints, food and other things) which took me about 15 minutes to handle myself. Overall a nice condo for the money as long as expectations are managed regarding view and some light cleaning to feel comfortable.

Fantastic condo! Fastastic Beach!

Condo was spotless, great location, just steps from the beach. Pool and surrounding area were clean. Elevators clean. Building manager friendly. Parking easy. Met some owners from other units- very friendly. Bathrooms and hoses to spray your feet by the parking/pool area. Loved the corner sliding glass doors in this unit with balcony that wrapped around! Plenty of balcony furniture. AC and WIFI and all appliances in working order. Great location- Practically right across the street from Barefoot Landing-shops, restaurants, ice cream, etc. VRBO host was friendly, helpful, and quick responses to texts/emails. Only a 6 floor building instead of 14+ so beach was busy but not overly crowded compared to larger resort areas. There is a public beach access lot next door so Sunday was more crowded than the rest of week but not a problem for us. Awesome Grand Strand beaches and surf! Banana boat rides 1/3 walk south from condo. Checkout was easy. Loved having code entry into condo instead of keeping track of keys all week! Would definitely stay here again!

The property was exactly like described. They had everything for a family. Large number of dishes, silverware, pots n pans. The condo was nice. Overlooked the ocean and the pool. Close to grocery stores and shopping. Scott was great to work with and answered all my questions. Parking was onsite.

Our girls week was great at Crescent Sands F1. Our location was convenient for our needs. We spent lots of time on the balcony with a beautiful view of the beach. We enjoyed the space we had other than the kitchen being a bit small for four women. LOL. Great place to stay!

Relaxing at the Beach.

The location was fantastic and so quiet. Very easy to get to and from the beach, and not too far away from all the fun activities and attractions the area had to offer. There were five of us staying in the unit and we never felt crowded. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The unit was clean and contained everything we needed to have a great stay. Would definitely stay here again if we came back to the area.

Old property but nicely kept up. Cleaning could have been better as there were items that needed attention. Such as the shower curtains had mold. Upon check-in there were several items that need attention and in our estimation should have been taken care prior to our arrival. We stayed at the property for a month and issues beyond owners control were a problems. For 2 days the water was shut down, for 4 days the building was being power washed, one day the alarm system was being tested and one day the exterminator came in while we out. These 8 days caused us to have to adjust our plans and do things we had not intended to do as they were all disruptive and very noisy.

Norrh Myrtle Beach is the best!

We so enjoyed our VRBO rental condo for our family vacation! North Myrtle Beach has become our favorite spot to spend our vacation! Paradise!

We had a wonderful stay at this unit for a week with our family, including 3 young kids. It's on the first floor - one floor up from ground level - and just off the elevator. Conveniently located to get on the beach quickly for a sunrise stroll, a jump in the pool or ocean, or a drive a short distance to Barefoot Landing (a favorite). One elevator so we found ourselves taking the stairwell often as a preference/convenience. The unit was clean, and we very much appreciated the extra touches like dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and sample-sized toiletries. That's the general theme...thoughtful, unexpected touches that made it feel as if you were staying at a love one's home. Kids appreciated the waffle maker. I appreciated the crockpot for easy, make at home dinners, while enjoying a full day on the beach. The beds comfortable. No issue with hot water availability for showers, which can be issues with some other condo units. Had to park in the overfilled parking lot across the street one night but otherwise no issue with parking spots. The pool was rarely crowded. A good mix of ages, and friendly guest interactions. Our highlight was the beach access and the views from the unit. I swear we ate most meals outside on the balcony. Finally, I'd be remiss if i didn’t mention the effortless of the rental and interactions with the property management. Detailed info before trip, during trip, and upon check out. 5*****! Well, done!

Great for Families

We stayed in this Ocean Front 3 Bedroom Condo with our two granddaughters (ages 5 & 8) and our adult daughter. It was perfect for us. It’s close to shopping and restaurants but best of all was being directly on the beach. We could spend time playing in the sand and the ocean and then go in for some down time. We loved it here.

Great location!

The condo was very clean and as a family of 5 it was very nice to have 3 bathrooms. The location is right across from Barefoot Landing and the crowd level at the beach in front of the condo was way less than other parts of the beach. We all really enjoyed our stay.

Great Location

This has been our favorite place to stay in North Myrtle Beach. The Condo is right on the water and close to tons of restaurants and shopping locations. There's even a great pet boarding facility right up the street. The property was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook. The property manager was responsive and very helpful. I can't wait to visit this home again!
