The inviting entryway welcomes you in with brand new floors to the 3rd (Queen) and 4th (2 doubles) bedrooms as well as the Jack and Jill large full bathroom. The bathroom features all new fixtures, mirror, cabinet doors, paint and flooring. Both bedrooms feature a new smart TV, furniture, mattress and bedding.

Down the hall to the left, you will find the 2nd bedroom (1 queen/1full) with a full bathroom. This bathroom also features new fixtures, mirror, cabinet doors, paint and flooring.

Next, you’ll make your way into the new kitchen featuring new light fixtures, quartz countertops, backsplash, floors, sink fixtures and appliances. The kitchen has been fully stocked with everything you could need to enjoy your meals together. For coffee lovers, we have a Keurig that uses pods for a single cup or coffee grounds for a pot to share. The dining area features a large table that can seat up to 8 people as well as 5 stools at the bar countertop. We do provide a child’s booster seat that straps to the chair if you need one.

From here we have an open living room area with spectacular views of the ocean. You can enjoy them from a seat on the new sofa. There is also a new smart TV, board games, puzzles and books.

To the left of the living area is the master suite (king) with a large bathroom featuring a jacuzzi tub for ultimate relaxation. There is a pack and play available for use in the closet (no sheet provided). You can wake up to the sunrise and views of the ocean from your own private door to the large balcony. We have added new rocking chairs and a dining set if you wish to spend your mealtime outside.

Emerald Cove 1 condominium features an outdoor pool and hot tub. We also have direct access to the beach.

We are located just 1.3 miles to Barefoot Landing, restaurants and close to many area attractions; including Broadway at the Beach, Pirates Voyage, Duplin Winery, Grand Prix Amusement Park, Alligator Adventure, golf courses, Top Golf, miniature golf courses, and so much more.

Linens and towels are included in the cleaning fee as well as an essential starter pack(3 rolls of TP, travel size shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion for each BA, hand soap, small dish soap, 2 dish pods and sponge, 1 paper towel roll, 1 trash bag per can). You will receive three parking passes.
