GETTING AROUND
Getting around Beach Cove Resort and North Myrtle Beach is easy and convenient. On-site parking is available, and Highway 17 is just minutes away for quick access to dining, shopping, and attractions. Uber and Lyft operate throughout the area. Many restaurants, bars, and the beach are walkable. Myrtle Beach International Airport is about a 25â30 minute drive.
INTERACTION WITH HOST
We believe in giving our guests their privacy to enjoy their vacation. We are available via the booking platform messenger if you have any questions or need assistance during your stay, but we will not be on-site.

**Resort Amenity Access**
Your access includes all pools, hot tubs, the lazy river, and beach areas. Please be aware that the front desk services, arcade, and fitness center are reserved for on-site owners and are not available to our guests.
**Beach Gear**
Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent seasonally directly on the beach through a third-party service.
**Extended Stays**
We offer discounts for weekly and monthly bookings. Please inquire for details.
**Safety**
A first aid kit is provided in the condo for your convenience.
**Rental Agreement**
A rental agreement must be completed within one hour of booking. This includes a mandatory, non-refundable $35 damage waiver, which covers up to $1,000 in reported accidental damages.
**Recreational Vehicles**
Per Resort Policy Motorcycles, Trailers, and RV`s are not allowed on the resort premises.

1. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. The rental agreement will be sent electronically and will need to be signed 24hrs before check-in.
2. Smoking and Vaping:
Our property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the house or on the balcony/porch. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking, if available.
3. Pets:
Sorry, but pets are not allowed on the premises. We love animals, but we want to ensure a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests.
4. Quiet Hours:
Please respect our neighbors and maintain quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No loud music or disturbances during this time.
5. Maximum Occupancy:
The maximum number of guests allowed is 6. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
6. Parties and Events:
No parties or events are allowed on the property. This includes gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy without prior approval.
7. Amenities and Property Care:
Please treat our home with care. Any damages, excessive mess, or missing items will be the responsibility of the guest.
Kindly respect and use the amenities provided responsibly.
8. Cleaning and Maintenance:
A cleaning fee is included in your reservation. We kindly ask that you leave the property in a tidy condition upon check-out.
9. Security and Safety:
Lock all doors and windows securely when leaving the property.
Fire safety: Locate and familiarize yourself with the fire escape routes and fire extinguisher locations.
10. Respect for the Property:
Please respect our property and the belongings within. Do not move furniture or take items outside of the unit.
11. Parking:
Follow parking guidelines and use designated parking areas only. Parking instructions will be sent the day of check-in.
