Check-In/Check-Out Times:
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please, let us know if you need special accommodations, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

No Smoking:
This is a smoke-free condo. Please respect our no-smoking policy to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests. There is a $200 cleaning fee assessed for smoked-in rooms.

No Pets:
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the condo or resort facilities.

Housekeeping:
The condo will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival. For extended stays, additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request for an extra fee.

Beach Umbrella and Chair Rentals:
You can seasonally book Umbrella and Chairs through the lifeguards

Resort Wristbands:
You will be provided with resort wristbands upon check-in, which are required for access to the pools and other amenities. Please wear them at all times while on the property.

Noise Levels:
Please be mindful of noise, especially during nighttime hours, to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.

Parking Garage:
Larger vehicles can park on the bottom level of the parking garage and oversized vehicles may find parking to the left of the resort entrance. - - - Regular parking clearance 6 foot 6 inches and lower level garage parking 7 foot 6 inches.

RENTAL AGREEMENT: The Rental Agreement must be completed within 1 hour of booking. By consenting, you agree to the mandatory, non-refundable $35 damage protection fee, which covers accidental damage up to $1,000 and eliminates the need for a security deposit. Failure to complete the agreement may result in cancellation of your reservation. This policy helps us maintain our properties in excellent condition while also protecting you during your stay.

No Motorcycles of Trailers are allowed on the Resort Property or Parking Area.

We want to ensure you have a fantastic stay at our cozy 1-bedroom. Please take a moment to review our house rules to make your experience as enjoyable as possible:

1. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. The rental agreement will be sent electronically and will need to be signed 24hrs before check-in.

2. Smoking and Vaping:
Our property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the house or on the balcony/porch. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking, if available.

3. Pets:
Sorry, but pets are not allowed on the premises. We love animals, but we want to ensure a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests. There is an additional cleaning fee that will be assessed if pets inhabit the unit during your stay as outlined in the rental agreement.

4. Quiet Hours:
Please respect our neighbors and maintain quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No loud music or disturbances during this time.

5. Maximum Occupancy:
The maximum number of guests allowed is 6. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

6. Parties and Events:
No parties or events are allowed on the property. This includes gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy of 6 without prior approval.

7. Amenities and Property Care:
Please treat our home with care. Any damages, excessive mess, or missing items will be the responsibility of the guest.
Kindly respect and use the amenities provided responsibly.

8. Cleaning and Maintenance:
A cleaning fee is included in your reservation. We kindly ask that you leave the property in a tidy condition upon check-out.

9. Security and Safety:
Lock all doors and windows securely when leaving the property.
Fire safety: Locate and familiarize yourself with the fire escape routes and fire extinguisher locations.

10. Respect for the Property:
Please respect our property and the belongings within. Do not move furniture or take items outside of the unit.

11. Parking:
Follow parking guidelines and use designated parking areas only. Parking instructions will be sent before arrival
