Thank you for considering CORAL RELIEF, our gorgeous FULLY UPDATED 18th floor DIRECT OCEANFRONT 2 bd / 2 ba suite at the iconic Bay Watch Resort.

RENTAL PERIOD IS WEEKLY (7 nights, Sat-Sat), or longer. Rare exceptions may be made in the off season. Discounts for monthly (or longer) rentals. 90-day (or longer) rentals also avoid short-term rental lodging tax (12%).

Our condo is PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED AND SANITIZED before each arrival.

North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach are completely separate cities within Horry County, approximately 20 miles apart. Bay Watch is in the city of NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, and provides a more secluded, relaxing, and FAMILY-FRIENDLY environment, far away from the noise, traffic, congestion, etc. of Myrtle Beach.

Bay Watch is a "condotel", with 3 separate towers of INDIVIDUALLY-OWNED RESIDENTIAL UNITS. Each unit is furnished, decorated and maintained by its Owner, so EACH UNIT IS DIFFERENT. Bay Watch also features 2 indoor, oceanfront restaurants; an outdoor, oceanfront tiki bar / restaurant; an ice cream shop; an Italian Ice stand; a fitness center; a convenience store; a parking garage; security; and 18 different water amenities (indoor and outdoor pools, indoor and outdoor lazy rivers, and indoor and outdoor hot tubs) for your enjoyment.

Our unit is on the 18th FLOOR in the PREFERRED CENTER TOWER with easy access to all the pools and amenities. The Center Tower was built last, has 4 ELEVATORS, LARGER FLOOR PLANS, and UNIT UPGRADES not found in the other towers. Our condo is one of only a few 2 bedroom DELUXE units, and features both an oceanfront master suite and a FULL SIZE WASHER & DRYER in the unit.

LARGE BALCONY with UNOBSTRUCTED VIEWS: Many units have obstructed views looking one direction or the other, but at Coral Relief you'll enjoy breathtaking UNOBSTRUCTED VIEWS in BOTH DIRECTIONS from the SPACIOUS DIRECT OCEANFRONT BALCONY. Standard chairs, Adirondack-style chairs, and rocking chairs are provided. Just pick your favorite and enjoy the view!

OCEANFRONT LIVING ROOM: We've added a new 65" SMART tv, new Blu-ray / dvd player, new tv console, new sofa, and new ottoman. You'll also enjoy cable tv, secure internet, free wifi, 2 Lazy Boy recliners, and access to the oceanfront balcony.

BEDROOMS: Both bedrooms feature a new wall-mounted 55" SMART tv, a new Blu-ray / dvd player, new pillows and new bedding. The OCEANFRONT MASTER has a KING BED, a PRIVATE BATH with a JETTED TUB and direct access to the oceanfront balcony. The large second bedroom has 2 QUEEN BEDS and is just steps away from the second full bath.

FULL KITCHEN: The kitchen is well-equipped with a refrigerator, range, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, toaster, blender, crock pot, tea kettle, hand-held mixer, can opener, pots, pans, utensils, plates, glasses, etc., so you can whip up your favorite meals, if you wish.

COFFEE: We love our morning coffee, and we bet some of you do, too. We have provided a new Keurig that can either use a pod or make a pot, so everyone can enjoy their version of the perfect cup of coffee.

OFF-PROPERTY ATTRACTIONS: If you decide to venture out in search of a delicious meal, a round of mini golf, shopping, or any of the amazing entertainment options in the area, nothing is too far away!

1. DINING: You can find just about anything you want to eat in North Myrtle Beach, including several options for amazing seafood. Choose from succulent oysters, blue crabs, clam chowder, she crab soup, etc. If a meal by the water sounds nice, there are numerous options, both oceanfront and on the Intracoastal Waterway. If you want to be out on the water you can book a dinner cruise!

2. SHOPPING: You'll have numerous shopping options nearby, including Tanger Outlets, Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach, Bass Pro Shops, PGA Golf Store, and Myrtle Beach Factory Stores.

3. EXCITEMENT / ADRENALINE: If you're in the mood for some excitement, you can try Broadway Grand Prix, a water park, Beach Rider Jet Boats, Free Fall Park, a helicopter ride, or perhaps a zipline and/or ropes course at Myrtle Beach Zipline Adventures or Radical Ropes.

4. MINI GOLF & ICE CREAM: A round of mini golf followed by an ice cream treat is a "must do" when at the beach, and there are numerous options for you.

5. LIVE ENTERTAINMENT: In the mood for live entertainment? The Alabama Theatre, Carolina Opry, House of Blues, Legends in Concert, Comedy Cabana, Pirates Voyage Dinner and Show, and more, are all nearby.

6. RIPLEY'S: For something a bit more quirky, try Ripley's Aquarium, Odditorium, Haunted Adventure, Mirror Maze, and 5D Moving Theatre.

7. WATER: For fun on the water, try parasailing, a banana boat ride, a deep sea fishing charter, or a sightseeing cruise.

8. GOLF: Bring your golf bag! There are more than 120 championship golf courses in the area.

BACK TO CORAL RELIEF. HERE IS SOME IMPORTANT INFORMATION YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT RENTING OUR GORGEOUS HOME AWAY FROM HOME:

1. Rental period is weekly (Sat - Sat).

2. Minimum booking stay is 7 nights.

3. Check-in is 4:00 p.m.; Check-out is 10:00 a.m.

4. Discounted rates for monthly (or longer) rentals.

5. SMART tvs, cable tv, secure internet and free wifi are provided.

6. Maximum occupancy is 6.

7. There is a keypad deadbolt lock. No physical keys to worry about losing.

8. You must be 25 years of age or older to rent and occupy this unit. Valid identification and proof of age is required.

9. NO SMOKING. Smoking is prohibited both in our unit and on the balcony. Bay Watch is an entirely SMOKE-FREE RESORT.

10. NO PETS. All pets are prohibited. Bay Watch DOES NOT allow any guests to have any pets on the resort property.

11. NO PARTIES OR LARGE GATERHINGS. Bay Watch is a family resort with quiet hours. We rent to families who want to enjoy a relaxing time at the beach. Parties and large gatherings are prohibited.

12. The person renting the unit is responsible for any damage to the unit, or the contents thereof, which occurs during the rental period whether the damage was caused by that person or someone else.

13. Dedicated 15-minute parking spots are available for loading and unloading. Limited valet and oversize parking are available for a nominal fee.

14. Umbrellas / beach chairs can be rented from the city of North Myrtle Beach.
