Dieses Haus wurde im Januar 2017 neu renoviert und verfügt über Flachbildfernseher, DVD-Player, kostenlosen Wi-Fi-Zugang, Waschmaschine und Trockner im Gerät und allen Komfort von zu Hause.

Loved that it was so close to the beach. We had plenty of space. Host was very easy to contact and very responsive. The pool was not warm even though it is supposed to be heated, contacted host and they sent maintenance over right away and they fixed it. The heater kept turning off throughout the stay. The kids mostly did not care. Photos are not updated. There is no bunk beds, which the kids were bummed about. Still plenty of sleeping room. Hot tub was dirty. Again, kids did not care. But, it needs a good cleaning. We would 100% stay here again. It was great for our group of people. Nice and close to the ocean. Loved the balcony! All of the maintenance people and check in people were very nice.

Upon arrival. Check in was simple and easy. When we arrived to the property it was not clean trash was left in the kitchen the Lenin was not clean. Due to construction before we arrived dust was everywhere there was a bug found in one of the beds aiir vent covers were missing upstairs. The downstairs living area is very small compared to watch the online pictures appear to be. We purchased cleaning supplies and spent our 1st night cleaning the property. With a family of 8 adults children and 2 dogs it was very discouraging and disappointing to arrive at 5pm right before the offices closed and to get to the property and find all of these issues and no one to contact until the next morning. I made several calls and sent emails to make management aware and was not able to speak to anyone until 9am the next morning. Granted once we finally made contact with the host the made the effort to correct what was left for them to correct which was replacing the upstairs vent and propping up the unbalanced washing machine. We were refunded 50%of the cleaning fee and for the items we purchased to make the house functional while we were there. We were given the wrong wifi password for the home had to purchase a power strip because it wasn't enough outlet space on the downstairs television to plug the tv, 2 wifi boxes roku, and dvd player. So if I had to recommend this house I would not. Yes management did work to try to correct some things but for what I paid for the property its not worth

Great Property and Location

We enjoyed our stay at the Brick House. The house was clean and the perfect size with just the right amount of bath and bedroom options for our group size. A quick walk to the beach and the pool and hot tub onsite was clean and relaxing. The management company was very responsive and so friendly. The answered any and all questions we had prior to arrival and when we had one small issue at the property, they were so friendly and addressed it immediately. We would definitely stay here again.

House is dated but for the most part comfortable. Arrived late and initial check in instructions did not come from an email address that was recognized but once I got in touch with property management they directed me flawlessly. No garbage can to place garbage from house in so we had to use the dumpster down the street. Did not feel comfortable using the dishwasher due to stains under it and it being unstable. Pool and hot tub seemed well kept and were used a couple of times. Location to our golf courses and to some restaurants were great, but no view to beach. This did not bother us as we sat on the front porch rocking chairs quite a bit.

Perfect for our family trip

Great location- close to the beach and restaurants but not too close. The property was just as described. Our neighbors were a little loud 2 of the nights, but we expected worse with it being spring break. The only thing that could use some work are the wood floors, but since we brought our 2 dogs, we were glad they weren’t pristine. We did not use the bunk beds, but I’m not sure how you would, as there wasn’t a ladder to get to the top bunk. Also no rails on the top bunk. Overall we had a fantastic, relaxing time and would love to stay again!

In need of better housekeeping

Got in after the after hours. We all check our beds to make sure the linen was clean on the beds. Had to wash the linens because bits of hair was found in some of the room bed sheets. Need indeed dusting. Found a empty water bottle on the side of the dresser on the floor. Some of the dishes was dirty in the cabinet. The pool and hot tub was fine. Air conditioning was working great. Good location. Just make sure you examine the place. We did our own cleaning

Great location but needs attention

Overall this place was ok !! . The pros . Pretty clean , Location is amazing . 2 min walk across the street to Beach . Not really a beach view but it’s a little bit . 5 minute drive to multiple restaurants , and stores . Pool was amazing with multiple chairs and outside shower . Hot tub was great too . Lots of parking . Fits a large 12-16 person family good . Cons . The beds all of them were horrible !! So loud and hard kept everyone awake all night .. the two downstairs bedroom were the worst . The one by front door smells like wet wood , very musty . Couldn’t get smell out . The 2nd bedroom downstairs with the bunk bed is unusable !! Shouldn’t be a bedroom . We had two teens in there and neither slept in there after 1st night . It’s so small u literally cannot stand two people in there . Plus the slat boards under the bottom bunk kept falling out . The top bunk cannot hold a 140 lb teenager . Maybe ok for two very smalll children . Bedroom with two twins beds , the ceiling fan barely worked so I had to go buy a fan. They only left 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom . 1 trash bag , 1 paper towel . I had to go buy toilet paper , trash bags . Nails were sticking up Out of floors all over . On first night some was bleeding .1st night downstairs a/c wasn’t working right did get fixed quickly the next day .large cracks under all doors so you hear everything . Probably would not stay here again . Lots of money for bare minimum and comfort !

Perfect for us

We had 6 adults and 5 children stay here and it worked out very well. The location was right across from the ocean and was easily accessible. A/C went out on the first night and their maintenance team responded within a half hour and they got fixed within a few hours. It was impressive how quickly they fixed it. They responded to all requests quickly. We were close to several shops where we could walk for any items we needed. It was a great spot and we had a great stay.

Location can’t be beat

The location of this rental is perfect; close to the beach and everything you may need. The pool area is great. The “well stocked kitchen” was slightly lacking. The check in process was our biggest complaint; driving to the real estate office to give an ID and sign a paper to get the door code. That all could have been done via email without the extra trip. Overall, we would stay again.

Lovely getaway very close to the beach and activities

We needed pet-friendly (as my wife and I were bringing our dogs), something close to the beach (why even stay at the beach if you have to drive 10 minutes to walk on the sand?), something with enough beds for everyone (four couples and 2 teenaged kids who'd want their own beds), and ideally, with a heated pool and/or hot tub for enjoying in the potential November chill. The Brick House delivered on all of these! The living room and big dining table made for a great family gathering. And each one of our families had plenty of space to themselves, too; my sister and her family might be in the hot tub, whereas my brother-in-law sat up on the deck, my parents in the living room, and my wife and I took the dogs on a long beach walk. My brother-in-law loved the arcade game console. The kitchen has plenty of plates, mugs, and glasses for serving any carry-out or delivery meals, and if one was so inclined, to cook in as well. The beach is a block away, visible past a couple of condo towers from the front deck. We walked each morning to Hug-a-Mug Cafe (about a half a mile, just across US 17) for coffee and breakfast. Plenty of restaurants in easy driving distance, too. Overall, we loved the stay and would definitely come back for a longer one!

Fantastic place

We all enjoyed the house, we loved the location! The heated pool was amazing. We had children and infants who really enjoyed being close to the beach and having the heated pool to swim in! Only complaint was the hot tub quit working I called a few times and they said they would send someone out but no one ever came out to look at it. Other than that the stay was fantastic!

Wonderful

The property was wonderful and in a great location.We had an issue with the hot tub upon arrival. However, this was quickly resolved by the management, within the hour. The grills on the property could use some proper cleaning, we did not call about this issue. We just chose not to use them. Two of the beds upstairs were very noisy and could use some new box springs. Squeaky, getting in and out of. However we did not call on that either. The house is spacious and plenty of parking.
