The space

Located on the 16th floor, this entire condo offers a comfortable layout designed for relaxed coastal living. Large windows and a private balcony frame ocean and resort views, bringing the outdoors in while maintaining a sense of privacy. The living area invites you to settle in with the TV or simply enjoy the scenery, while the dining space provides an easy spot to share meals or linger over coffee.



Sleeping arrangements

The condo sleeps up to four guests. The bedroom features a king bed, and an additional Murphy bed provides flexible sleeping space for couples or small families. Bed linens are provided to keep your stay simple and comfortable.



Bathroom & laundry

The bathroom includes a bathtub and shower, along with bathroom essentials. An in-unit washer and dryer add convenience, especially for longer stays or beach days.

Conveniently located near Barefoot Landing, House of Blues, and the Alabama Theatre, you'll find a wide array of dining, entertainment, shopping, and even the new Duplin Winery nearby. Ideal for couples or small families, this unit includes a combined kitchen and living room area along with a bedroom, accommodating up to four guests comfortably. With approximately 630 square feet of space, you'll have all the room you need.



The resort itself offers outstanding amenities and breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy the oceanfront pool deck, both indoor and outdoor pools, soothing hot tubs, and leisurely Lazy Rivers. Discover the endless possibilities that await you at this oceanfront resort unit.

Beach umbrellas and chairs can be rented directly from the lifeguards on the beach.



Please note that since this is not part of the hotel, daily maid service is not provided. However, if you would like daily or bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange, this can be arranged for an additional fee.
