The Veiw was simply amazing, location was great and peaceful especially considering spring break timeframe.Communication was timely, accurate, and accommodating. Wil definitely stay here again. Boardwalk was about a 20 minute drive however worth it for peace. Plenty of nearby options for food and shopping with a bonus of flavor town opening in June 2026 that will only make it better. Maps make it deceiving so when you get down there you realize how close everything really is.

It was a lot smaller than expected, so was the balcony. It was very clean and had everything that we could have wanted in the kitchen. The hot tub was warm but the jets wouldn’t work. I wish the inside and outside pool stayed open later. But the biggest problem for us was that it was very cramped. Great company to rent from though!

Great location, easy check in Unit needs some work. Cabinet door fell off our first few minutes there in the kitchen. All of them need work none close properly and need work. Needs a detail cleaning under beds are filthy, fridge needs cleaning and keireg brewer doesn’t work. Enjoyed our stay but could have been better.

Birthday Getaway

My husband, my mother, and I took our 7 year old to the beach for his birthday on Father's Day weekend. We had a wonderful time. The room looks exactly like the pictures. We had no trouble getting in the room or finding parking. It was very nice and clean. We had everything we needed in the room. The location was close to all major attractions. We were 15 mins from Broadway at the beach with traffic. We were 3 mins from Barefoot Landing and about 5 mins to the Tanger Outlet. We will definitely be back. The layout was perfect. The ocean and beach view was AMAZING. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony at night.

Perfect place to see beautiful sunrises!

This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed in this unit. It is decorated nicely and the views of the sunset are spectacular! The unit has everything you need for a stay and it is a great place to go with friends. Centrally located and easy to get to Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the beach and lots of great restaurants! The furniture is a little dated and we found the king bed uncomfortable but when I let them know at the end of my stay they said I should have spoken up sooner as they would have brought a new one in the next day! Nothing to complain about there! I should have said something sooner and they were very responsive before and after my stay.

Simple, small condo

We enjoyed our stay. The communication with the owner (management company) was easy and efficient. The condo was surprisingly on the small, narrow side so when all 6 of us were in the living room it felt a little cramped. We were pretty disappointed with the small balcony, inaccurately assuming that both the views detailed in the listing and the fact that it was an end unit meant that we would have more space out there. 4 people could be out there max at a time and that’s not with everyone facing the ocean. The amenities on the property were decent but also on the small side, and for such a large property this meant the pool was very crowded in the afternoon. All in all it was a good trip with no blaring issues (besides the small balcony). We probably would not stay there again though.

Will Definitely be Back!

This place is AMAZING! The pictures don't do it justice. 3 large bedrooms, the master having it's own full bathroom, and another full bathroom located in such a way that it is accessible from both other bedrooms (one w/Queen other with 2 singles). The full kitchen has everything you would need plus washer/dryer. Large dining room table and living room with 2 couches, a recliner,, a fireplace,, and large T.V. But the best part is the absolutely breath taking view of the ocean/beach when you walk out onto the balcony. It's a corner unit and the views of the sunrise in the morning are picture perfect! The unit was very clean, decorated in beachy decor and so comfortable. The area it is located in is beautiful and so close to everything! You can easily walk approximately 1 mile more or less to find great restaurants, ice cream, pubs, etc. Barefoot Landing was our absolute favorite place to go with the Crooked Hammock being our favorite. If you like enjoying drinks while being outside playing Corn Hole, Ring Toss, Ping Pong, etc. this is the place for you! At night there are fire pits, an outside bar and lots of things to choose from to eat. Barefoot Landing is a beautifully decorated complex that you can walk around checking out so many gift shops, restaurants,ice cream, wine tasting, etc. It is not your typical boardwalk with shops,etc., it is beautifully arranged in a way that you can leisurely spend time walking, shopping,, eating,, etc.. A short drive from there is Broadway on the Beach...very similar vibe but different restaurants, gift shops, activities, all to be enjoyed at your leisure (be sure to go to the wine tasting and get a wine slushie on the way out, you won't be disappointed). Also let me say that Randy was so quick to reply to all of my questions. He also was very patient with me when we arrived and I couldn't open the door. No one's fault but mine, too anxious to get in to actually read the instructions. He was also quick to respond when I texted him to tell him someone came to do regular maintenance on the air/heat unit but since I wasn't informed of it I wouldn't let them in. Totally understood my safety concern and contacted the company to come back at a later, more convenient time.. I will definitely be back!

Fantastic condo for our beach vacation. Great location, perfect size for our group of 5, quiet corner unit with great views. Pools were never crowded. Many good dining options and family friendly attractions nearby. Great communication with owner and prompt with all answers to our questions. Will absolutely stay again.

Wonderful Stay!

The adults and children had a great time! The condo was well stocked and it was spacious enough to accommodate the 4 adults and 3 children in our party. The condo is very nicely decorated and the king size bed was very comfy. We were slightly disappointed in the size of the balcony but the view was amazing. The kids enjoyed both the indoor pool and outdoor pools and the hot tub was very relaxing. We were disappointed with the restaurants in the area. Many were closed or understaffed. There were long waits for food service and what we ordered was disappointing. Much of this is a result of Covid and should improve over time. Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach offered a wide selection of shopping and entertainment for all ages. As with any tourist spot entertainment was pricey. The only thing that I’d recommend for the owners is to upgrade the dryer, replace the electric can opener, repair the hallway closet door, tighten dining area chairs (one was a tad wobbly), and supply a large nonstick frying pan or griddle for making sandwiches or frying bacon. I would definitely recommend this rental property.
